Overview
Piper, Pipefy's support assistant, is now available directly on the Pipe screen. With Piper right where you work, you can find answers about the product the moment you need them, without interrupting what you're doing.
What's new?
- Piper on the Pipe screen: the Piper icon now appears in the bottom right corner of the pipe view, accessible while you're operating your process.
- Escalation to human support: when needed, you can continue the conversation with a support agent, based on the support included in your plan.
How does this help?
- You get product help in the context where you're already working, without leaving the pipe or opening another tab.
- When your question needs more, you can escalate to human support directly from the conversation, without switching to a different channel.

Plans and availability
Piper is available on the Pipe screen for all Pipefy customers. On all other app screens, you can access Piper at any time using the ? icon in the top menu.
Human support escalation is available based on the support included in your plan.
