This API for createFieldCondition says "Deprecation. Mutation will be removed in the next
update.

Are you adding replacement for this feature? or is there any other way to create fieldCondition?

We will not support this feature in our API in the future, but you can create field conditions through the application itself! Here is an article explaining how to do that.
