Automated Visitor Check-ins: You can use a QR Code at the front desk linked to a Pipefy Public Form. As soon as a visitor submits their info, a native automation triggers an instant notification (via Slack, Teams, or Email) to the host. Through iPaaS, Pipefy can also send this data to an external security system or even trigger a label printer to generate a visitor badge automatically.


Handling Guest Inquiries with AI: By using the Shared Inbox, you centralize all guest emails in one place. You can deploy AI Agents to read incoming inquiries, automatically categorize the urgency or topic (e.g., "WiFi Access" or "Directions"), and even draft a suggested response based on your handbook. This leaves your staff with only the final task of clicking "send."

Seamless Integration via iPaaS: Pipefy connects your existing tools to ensure everyone stays in the loop. For instance, a guest inquiry can trigger a card that, once approved, schedules a room in Outlook and sends a welcome SMS to the guest via an external provider—all managed through a single workflow.
