I’m trying to figure out if there’s a simple way to use Pipefy with TikTok. For example, can I automatically create a card in Pipefy when I get a new TikTok lead, or maybe track content posting in a workflow?
I’m still experimenting and haven’t seen a lot of examples online. If anyone has tried something like this or has tips on how to set it up without messing things up, I’d really appreciate hearing your approach

Pipefy doesn’t have a native integration with TikTok, but you can set up workflows like the one you mentioned using API connections or intermediary tools.
The Pipefy API allows you to:
Automatically create cards from external events (like a new lead from TikTok).
Update fields, phases, and card statuses.
Retrieve data and log interactions in the workflow.
For your case, the most common approach would be:
Capture the TikTok lead using TikTok’s API or a connector in a tool.
Send the data to Pipefy via an API mutation (createCard) specifying the pipe and fields.
(Optional) Automate movements or notifications using Pipefy’s internal automations.
