Adding two numeric values

In Pipefy need to add 2 values. Example If I have multiple line item in Invoice, updating each line item and a field should show the total value of the line items.Can we do this using database or adding cells using dynamic value. Please advise.

Como alterar meu plano?

Accessing table_record "Record Infos" using graphql

Hi!I am new at using graphql with pipefy API.I am trying to retrieve all the “Record Infos” of table rows using the pipefy API.Using {"query":"{ table_records(table_id: 12345678) { edges { node { id title done table { id } created_at created_by { id } } } } }"}',I am able to retrieve preliminary information about each row in the table. Dynamic knowledge base

Hi,I am evaluating Pipefy because I have a complex IT services business.I have seen how Pipefy can cover most of my use cases.This use case is different: I would like to implement a checklist based knowledge base.I explain: people can have a portal where they can search for a card.Each card solves an IT problem (“disk full problem”) and it has a description text of the problem, one or more links to external documentation and a checklist.Cards can be combined: “finished space problem” can have “inside” the cards “disk full” and “email full”Basically a standard knowledge base has these problems:checklists are better than a long document to read checklists can be assigned to IT staff as a work to doHave you some ideas on how I can implement this thing with Pipefy?Thanks,Mario

401: Unauthorized when downloading card attachments

Hello,I really need to download a lot of cards attachments to create an offline backup.I have tried creating a report of the cards and using it with wget to download the files. But after downloading a couple of files (something between 4-7) i get an 401 error.So i tried using GraphQL API to get the attachments links but i get the same error after downloading some files.Is there a way to mass download the cards attachments? Or download everything that i have in a Pipe?Thanks!!

Request Tracker Link

Hello Team, How can I get the link to Request Tracker form in subsequent Phase?Use Case: We have 9 phases in pipe. Request tracker gets sent to the user in the very first initial form phase. In phase 7, we have a dependency on external system to complete one operation and send data back to pipefy to progress further. At this stage, we want to notify original requester that details are sent to external system and along with this notification, we want to send the link of original request submitted by them (Public link which they received when they submitted). So they dont have to keep on searching email to get the access tracker link to see the status of request. Thanks in advance!Regards,Avni Bhatt

Database Additional Fields

Hello Team, How can I do a cascading dropdown with Pipefy?For e.g. I have a dropdown called Employee . When I select any Employee from that, I should be able to automatically populate few text box below it with related attributes.Database: EmployeeFields: Employee First Name, Employee Last Name, Employee Date of Birth, Employee Location, Employee Status Pipe Start Form has a dropdown Employee and when I select any employee from list, I would have few text boxes below it which will populate related info for that employee which would be editable. So when I make any changes and submit it, it will move to next phase and at the end it after approvals, those changes will be saved back to employee record. So the question is, how do I populated related attributes from database to editable text boxes? (Or even non-editable if editable is not possible) Regards,Avni Bhatt

Automation Problem

I have a phase which my sales team access trough a link they receive by email (for card’s current phase). In this phase, there are 2 possible outcomes: They either attach a new file and write down some comments - and an automation moves the card to final phase and process is finished - or they can request a new updated (creating a new record - it is a field connected with a database), and in this case an automation will move the card back one phase. That works fine at first, but then I have a problem. When there are previous records on that connection field (updates requested in the past), even if I don’t change them or create a new one - the automation will always run as if that field was updated, just because there where information from the past. Example: Salesperson A had previously requested 3 updates (there are 3 record there created on the connected database). Those were all completed. Now we just need her to Attach a file and write her comments so that the card reaches the fina

Sending a single phase form multiple times to the same recipient allowing them to resubmit the form with a different response

I’m using pipefy to automate my company’s purchase orders life cycle . The issue i’m experiencing is that the service my company provides usually has multiple orders of the same service, causing a card to move back and forth between different phases and the main phase of the purchase life cycle has a form that sends automatically once a card enters the phase. However, when the card reenters that phase, the phase form that sends to the customer is already pre-filled from their prior response to the form the first time it entered the phase.  Is there a way to have a phase form send the same form while allowing a new response in the fields?

Cards disappear/ Filters disappear on refresh

Is there a way to make the pipefy filters stick?Each time I refresh the filter disappears, and you have to click refresh to show the new cards just created. This wastes a lot of time.Solutions:Could we have cards not disappear when you move them to a new phase? and them appear live when you create them? This would avoid having to refresh and losing the filters

While we send emails from the ticket, we are not able to access or getting aware of which of our email communication got bounced back?In case of such bounce-back, we need to know which tickets (of lot many tickets) had such bounced emails.How and where can we know in / for pipefy tickets?

Using Card Checklist as Steps of Task: Creation + Checking via Automation or API

Card Checklists are useful for procedure steps to complete. They are sort of like sub-tasks you see in other tools like Asana, Monday etc. etc.When the sub-tasks are different to each card, it’s not appropriate to use the Phase Checklist.To make the most of them I’m trying to:Set controls so that all card checklist items need to be checked to move to a new phase Automate card checklist creation (either via automation, API, workato etc.)Would appreciate any experience shares or ideas on how to do this. thanks.

Pipe dá tela branca em todos navegadores

Olá pessoal,Estou com problemas no Pipefy.Todos meus pipes aparecem com essa tela branca e não carregam em nenhum dos navegadores (Chrome, Firefox, Safari),Já tentei limpar o cache, reiniciar o computador e nada.Alguém tem ideia do que possa estar acontecendo?
