Notify me via email on Portal

Hi there, is it possible to remove the "enter your email" on the portal? In the form, I configured that is not required but when I open it via the form it does make it required. Any thoughts?

Use webhooks to notified me

Hello!  I would like to send a kind of request when a card is moved, for example. How can I do this integration? It's like zapier does, it can detect that a card is moved and a external routine is executed. Thanks.

Create Pipefy cards by email

Hi team, we are working with a project which the cards will be created by email, we were planning to redirect all emails from the generic mailbox to pipefy email address, but now they are saying that the forwarding rules are not allowed as per their global security policies. Do you know of a different process on how to create cards from Generic mailboxes?

API problems

I'm trying to send a long string over the API. However, I cannot find out how to properly format/encode the string in order for Pipefy to simply add the text to the database record. Here's how I'm building the query: return `mutation { createTableRecord(input: { table_id: "**", fields_attributes: [ {field_id: "what", field_value: "${data.firstName}"}, {field_id: "nom", field_value: "${data.lastName}"}, {field_id: "email", field_value: "${data.Email}"}, {field_id: "cellulaire", field_value: "${data.Phone}"}, {field_id: "site_web", field_value: "${data.formRef}"}, {field_id: "message_soumis", field_value: "${data.Message}"},Here, data.Message has a long text in which there are newlines. How should I format/encode the text so it is added and properly formatted in the Pipefy DB record?

Pipefy for IT proccess

I am starting to design our proccess on Pipefy starting by Incident Management proccess. Did someone here tried to run IT proccess on Pipefy instead of traditional Service Desk tools like Jira, Spiceworks or HP Service Manager? What would be your success rate to run IT proccess on Pipefy?

I have a Long text field in a parent card that should be updated with the Long text values from various connected child cards. Each update should show.
