Hey Nigel. These are implementation hours, so you can use them during your implementation period. Our goal is to guarantee your success with the platform and train all the end-users in the shortest period of time so you can see the value faster. Implementation hours are directly related to the addition of initial users so there is this option that you could need to expand your operations, or if you need any assistance you will have your CSM and support team for as long as you remain a customer.
