Forms are the first intake of a process inside Pipefy and represent whatever you wish, such as a reimbursement request, a marketing request or a job application.   They can be restricted to the team with Pipefy accounts or shared externally through public forms, which you can customize and embed on the company website. This way, people who do not have an account, such as customers, suppliers and candidates, can access forms and send their intakes. Inside the Template Gallery, the Forms category gathers templates of the most common use cases. Here, you can choose a form to start customizing it as you wish.  The template has pre-filled fields that you can edit as you wish; just select a field on the left and drag and drop in the form to add a new one. According to your needs, choose fields such as date, attachments, assignees, emails, telephone and much more.  After setting up the form fields, it's time to set the sharing options. To clone a pipe, either within a company or between two companies, you need to have admin permission in the pipe you want to clone as well as permission to create a pipe in the company. Given that you have the necessary permission level, it is possible to clone a pipe in two distinct ways: by accessing the pipe itself or by the main screen inside Pipefy, where you see all of your processes. Outside the pipe, click on the three-dot icon when hovering over the process icon and then select Duplicate this pipe. It’s done, the pipe is cloned directly into the same company. However, inside the pipe, you can clone pipes to other companies you’re already a member of inside Pipefy. Dear users,  According to the information provided in previous updates, the difficulties in logging into our platform are happening due to instability in the third-party mechanism we use for authenticating user login.This mechanism called Auth0 is used by thousands of online services to validate their user login information and allow users to access them, ensuring the safety of the applications and making sure only users with the right credentials can log in. Due to the fact that this is a third-party vendor, right now we’re currently waiting for further updates on their end about the mitigation of the causes of this incident.The most current update we’ve gotten from Auth0 (https://status.auth0.com/incidents/zvjzyc7912g5) was: “We are doing everything we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We have great news! 📢 The communication between those creating requests with your public forms and your teams is easier now with the Request Tracker functionality. 💬 Besides being able to track their open cards' status, requesters can also communicate directly with the ones responsible for the execution—even without a Pipefy account. To do so, simply open the card and send a message. This action is performed directly on the Request Tracker page, without the need to access or login to Pipefy. Learn more about Request Tracker! 🤓
