 Hello, @Sarah Lane, thank you for your feedback!We just released a nice improvement on the Card checklist (the one you can access on the left side of the card and personalize it for each card), there all items are draggable (and droppable ), and you can create as many items and checklists as you need for each card. When it comes to the Field type checklist, we still don't have the ability to drag and drop its options, but we might improve upon that as well, I'm forwarding it to my colleagues from the product team here. Great question! The Field type checklist is recommended if you have always the same steps to follow on that specific phase (or in more phases as well), while the Card checklist is for when you don't necessarily follow always the same steps, and they also don't necessarily happen on a specific phase - it's way more flexible.  Some examples where I see each one fitting well: Field checklists can be used on audit processes, where you need to make sure everything is checked on, in that order; Card checklists can be used on creative marketing processes, where maybe each job requested will require very different things in not a previously defined order; Hope it is helpful  ,​​​​​​​Have a great weekend you too!

Hey, @Sarah Lane, that's a relevant point, indeed. I think that, from a customization perspective, the two things should be editable in the process, so that it's fully adaptable for any kind of situation. But we also have a way to pursue this by giving fixed titles when it comes to the text to be shown only on the context of connection (depending on the configuration, if it's only create, only search, or create and search). In either case, it is something that needs improvement and a little bit of study from our side.I'm adding this to our backlog of improvements needed, and thank you so much for bringing this point. If in the meantime you find any other scenario related to this issue, please keep sending here on this thread, and it will be accounted for once we start working on that in the future.

Hello, @tsartori! Thank you for your feedback.I have a question before I can forward it to our product team. I didn't quit get if you need:an unique "Due date" field, where different cards can have different values for this same field (if this is the case, we can do it today and I can explain you how); or if you mean you want to have kind of different tasks with different due dates inside the same card, that will also be different from the phase's and the pipe's SLAs;Do any of this options matches your need? If so, which one?

Hey @tsartori, I'm sorry about the delay here, I was checking with our technical team to give you a proper answer. We indeed are not currently able to use the "Overdue" information through API, which is the specific expiration data for each card, because we are not exporting it yet.As you already noticed, you can use the "Late" information that is related to the phase, or even the "Expired" which relates to the pipe, for now. I'll submit your feedback to our team, so we can evaluate and work on this improvement in the future. Thanks again!

Muito interessante a solução do @Ezequiel Souza! Realmente, se você precisa de algum nível de flexibilidade quando estiver combinando tabelas e pipes nos seus processos, utilizar um pipe no lugar de uma tabela pode ser um solução bem bacana. @albergamin  Uma outra alternativa, caso você só precise da informação do cliente e dos produtos que ele atualmente consome para consulta é a seguinte (a edição ainda será possível e linkada dependendo das permissões de cada pessoa utilizando o processo):Criar uma tabela para clientes e outra para produtos; Criar um campo de conexão dentro da sua tabela de clientes, conectado com a tabela de produtos; Configurar, na tabela de clientes, para que o layout resumido mostre o campo de conexão que você criou com a tabela de produtos (essa opção fica dentro de opções avançadas das configurações da tabela); Criar, no pipe que você deseja utilizar a informação do cliente, um campo de conexão com a tabela de clientes;O resultado final da visualização do seu

Entendi, @albergamin! Então realmente a solução que mais se encaixa pro seu caso de uso é a que o @Ezequiel Souza propôs mesmo, porque nesse caso você vai precisar de bastante interação com a estrutura que está criando, então as condicionais vão agregar pra você nesse ponto, consequentemente você precisa que pelo menos o cadastro de produtos seja feito através de um pipe para poder usá-las. Além da vantagem de mais fácil manutenção e atualização.

Boa tarde, @Henrique!É possível sim, se a conexão existir entre o seu pipe e a sua database, você poderá editar manualmente todos os campos da database através do pipe simplesmente clicando para expandir o registro e editando seus campos.Para criar a conexão entre eles você pode ou criar um campo do tipo "Conexão de database" no seu pipe, selecionando a database desejada, ou entrar em Ferramentas > Conexões, e criar por ali uma conexão com essa mesma database.Para saber qual a melhor forma de conexão para o seu caso, vai depender de como você precisa utilizá-la, se for em uma fase específica do processo, é melhor criar um campo conexão naquela fase. Agora se você quiser ter a possibilidade de editar o database a qualquer momento, talvez seja melhor testar a segunda opção de criar através das ferramentas.Espero ter ajudado, até mais.

Hey @targettoyota, thanks a lot for your thoughts and feedbacks, it’s things like these that help us to improve our product everyday.I saw your comments on this post and on others across our community, and we’ve been working on many of the topics you covered, such as:Faster updates rather than the refreshing to see changes: we recently (last Friday) release a new version of our Reports, both pipe’s and org’s, where you now can navigate to it as a view and open all your cards there, much faster. Also, our home page had in the past weeks been improved by 70% on it’s time to load, all aiming to give users a better experience; Keeping card open: there is already a version of the card you can do that (when you access then on Reports, for example), and we are studying all of our scenarios to see when this behavior will be best applied; Regarding PDF we are considering a few options, but we don’t have a detailed plan to work yet, as soon as we have we will share here on our community;Surely w
