Hello Nigel. We value Pipefy's safety from development to hiring our suppliers and employees. We follow the best security practices on the market, and we work with the best and better vendors, and all of them follow and have specific security certifications that prove to us that our environment is fully secured. You can view and manage the permissions of all members of your company in your company 'members' section. Each process’s permissions can be managed separately, allowing you to choose who will have access to each of your process and how much access they'll have within each of themPipefy currently offers different types of users roles (Admin, Member, Restricted View…) and permissions on different levels (Organization, Process, Database…).
Hello Nigel.During the onboarding, based on your monthly contract value, Pipefy will offer Process Modeling service support to help your team design and deploy your workflows as needed. After that, business users can easily manage and maintain the workflows after they get certified in our basic and advanced certification program. It's optional to get your IT team involved but as a best practice, we've helped our customers to develop Pipefy Centers of Excellence to support their internal stakeholders since they have a greater understanding of their operation and industry field.Let me know if you have any doubts about it!
Hello Amanda.Based on your monthly contract value, Pipefy offers a whole team focused on your account to help you with training sessions and implementation. Per our experience, we recommend you to choose the most critical process and also the process involving more users to be implemented first. For both of them (in case you reach this minimum threshold), you can count on our Modeling team to build the platform customization for you. The following ones can easily be managed by your team after the users get certified.Having key users on the company’s side to help us with all your perspective of things and inputs is crucial. The key effort for the initial period would be of planning all the training sections together with the “client’s company”, separating it into admin users and end-users to make sure that everyone is comfortable using the system that will be helping them and that everyone knows the best practices on using our solution. Admin users will be certified on Pipefy Process Ma
Hello Amanda. Pipefy is a collaborative tool that allows teams to connect end-to-end processes, keep everyone on the same page, and informed about the process status, control SLAs, due dates, and process lead time. With that being said, you'll make decisions with your team, enable people to work together with full context on what’s happening and easily discover and eliminate bottlenecks, and know what is getting in the way of exceeding your goals. You can also automatically assign someone to be responsible for a task based on specific criteria, and you can set SLAs for phases and also for the whole process/workflow.
Hey Amanda. Your responsiveness and team's comprehension will be extremely important in that matter. Once you decide to move further with Pipefy and we have a commercial agreement, our sales team will hand you off to our Customer Success team and you can schedule the kick-off call to immediately start the implementation. On average, our implementation period (kick-off; modeling; training sessions, and process launching) takes 30 days to be completed, but it will vary based on your availability and urgency.
Hey Nigel. These are implementation hours, so you can use them during your implementation period. Our goal is to guarantee your success with the platform and train all the end-users in the shortest period of time so you can see the value faster. Implementation hours are directly related to the addition of initial users so there is this option that you could need to expand your operations, or if you need any assistance you will have your CSM and support team for as long as you remain a customer.
Hello Nigel. Under your company settings, you can enable this functionality called multi-factor authentication. Once this is enabled users will have to input their random code generated to get access to the platform. This is inside the platform and we also have google authentication, so you can log into Pipefy using your Google Account. Please, take a look at this article that we wrote on our Help Page: https://help.pipefy.com/en/articles/2527885-multi-factor-authentication
Hello Paulo. You can easily export all the info you input inside Pipefy using our reports section. The same will happen with files and documents. The URLs are valid for 15 days, so make sure to download all files before that. It’s good to highlight that Pipefy can be used as a repository to our documents as well.
Hello @leandro-fiore, I’m glad to know that you are starting to design your Incident Management Processes in Pipefy. Since Pipefy is a really customizable and easy-to-use tool, you can adapt the whole software to your reality in a matter of minutes, not months. With Pipefy you can create a step-by-step process specially designed to help you track and manage all the incidents reported by your company’s employees. Instead of using emails, forms, or spreadsheets, the main idea would be insuring that all information is stored in the same place, as well as organizing your tasks in a simple way by giving your team detailed instructions, walking them through every step of the process. Regarding the other solutions you described, Pipefy is much easier to customize and the UX is much more friendly. Pipefy will allow you to customize the software for many more processes and scenarios, respecting your company’s singularities.
