Based on your monthly contract value, Pipefy offers a whole team focused on your account to help you with training sessions and implementation. 

Per our experience, we recommend you to choose the most critical process and also the process involving more users to be implemented first. For both of them (in case you reach this minimum threshold), you can count on our Modeling team to build the platform customization for you. The following ones can easily be managed by your team after the users get certified.

Having key users on the company’s side to help us with all your perspective of things and inputs is crucial. The key effort for the initial period would be of planning all the training sections together with the “client’s company”, separating it into admin users and end-users to make sure that everyone is comfortable using the system that will be helping them and that everyone knows the best practices on using our solution. Admin users will be certified on Pipefy Process Management Program to be empowered on how to implement new processes on our platform.

The idea is to make sure you have all the knowledge and resources to build your own flows within Pipefy.
