Card assignment via Zapier?

I’ve been searching around for a couple hours and haven’t found any details about using Zapier to assign cases.  I’m attempting to use Zapier and Google Sheets and it works fine up to the point of setting the card-assignment field.  I’m trying to set the field because there is no action to assign a card, I’ve tested on setting fields but it looks like you can’t set an assignee field type.  Has anyone else run into this?  Have you found a solution?  Or is it just a limitation of Pipefy?

I want to send an email whenever a card is moved. However, the email will be sent through another website. Therefore, I need to integrate via api, to search for the "email" field of the request and inform the site to send the email. How do I do that? I don't know GraphQl. I need a step-by-step guide for beginners.

Failed when trying to upload a file from Graphql

Hello,I'm trying to send a file to a card. Executing createPresignedUrl and PUT for S3 works perfectly, I can even access the download of the file that was sent.My problem is with the updateFieldsValues mutation. Automations that need to run on specific dates

Reviewing Recurring Automations for use with accounting, legal and tax.I can’t find an option to schedule specific dates with recurring automations (e.g. VAT filing tasks, other tax filings, closing year, etc. etc.) - this seems counter intuitive since there are so many processes that require this.Am I missing something here or is this not possible currently? Thanks for clarification

Inserir imagem em formulário de fase

Olá,Aqui na empresa, utilizamos bastante os formulários de fase para interagir com os clientes. Contudo, diferente do formulário público, nossa marca não fica exposta em nenhum local, além de não ser possível personalizar a cor do botão “Enviar”, que fica com a identidade visual do Pipefy. Achamos que isso acaba quebrando a jornada que o cliente tem conosco. Seria possível inserir nossa marca de alguma forma nesse formulário? Tinha pensado em colocar como campo dinâmico, mas não aparece a opção de inserir imagem.Há alguma saída?Abraço!

Notificação convidado empresa

Olá Comunidade!Notei que não recebemos notificações ao convidar uma pessoa da empresa (nem eu que convidei e nem a pessoa convidada).Acredito que seja importante o colaborador receber a notificação que foi convidado e que terá acesso aos pipes concedidos, além de explicar qual o tipo de atuação esse colaborador poderá ter nesses pipes.

Tem como notificar ao solicitante se um documento carregado na hora (jpg, png) num Formulário de Fase, não atende os requisitos de (Legibilidade, Claridade, Nitidez??Preciso na hora que a pessoa carregue (Rg, Cpf), se a imagem não é nítida o não é legível)

"Id" obtained from frontend doesn't work in graphiql.

I'm having a problem executing the query "card(id: "2jw9V38Y") { title }". I'm getting the id of the card through the instance "window.PipefyApp.init().card()", this in the front-end, but this id doesn't seem valid for graphiql operations. If I copy the id contained in the browser's url (id only with numbers), the query returns the data correctly.

Processo de Compras

Pessoal estou com o seguinte problemaMontamos o fluxo de compra dentro do pipefy e também temos o fluxo de lançamento de nota fiscal (vou falar especificamente do processo de compra de serviço)Hoje o processo inicia-se com uma solicitação de compra realizada por um requisitante qualquer (que não tem licença do pipefy) ai dentro do fluxo de compra são realizadas as cotações, aprovações e validações de contrato, ate ai tudo certo, porem eu preciso montar uma automação neste seguinte ponto:uma vez que todas as fase acima citadas já foram concluídas, o setor de compras envia o numero do pedido ao fornecedor para o mesmo informar isso na nota fiscal, para eu automatizar o lançamento dessa nota fiscal, na ultima etapa do pipe de compras, colocamos uma fase para ser anexada essa nota fiscal, porem como não consigo devolver o card para o requisitante, não tenho como preencher este campo e seguir automaticamente para lançamento Uma das alternativas que encontramos seria utilizar um template via

Agendar envio de email com automação

Olá, pessoal! Trabalho com processo de Recrutamento e Seleção e tem alguns candidatos não selecionados que gostaria de ativar um lembrete via email para entrar em contato novamente no futuro em um data selecionada por mim mesma no campo "quando gostaria de ser lembrada?" no card do candidato.Gostaria de disparar de forma automática um email quando essa data selecionada chegasse. A melhor forma de fazer isso é através da automação "Quando um alerta é acionado"? Não queria relacionado com a due date do card, mas sim com a data que coloquei no meu campo. Que caminhos são possíveis pra que isso aconteça?

Item list doesn't expand

I have a situation where we are attaching an item in Card A using a connected pipe from Card B.  While I can click on Card A and see the item being listed as Card B, but I can’t expand (Pop-up or Open) Card B.  Has anyone seen similar issues? Help appreciated

Pipefy VS wifi

Olá,  Há várias semanas estamos com problemas para abrir o Pipefy.  Não é problema com a nossa internet. Nem um problema isolado do nosso login, está acontecendo com o login de várias pessoas do nosso time e em vários computadores diferentes. Também já limpamos os arquivos temporários dos navegadores e testamos em diferentes navegadores. Sem sucesso. Fiz um teste que a princípio pra mim não faz muito sentido, mas funcionou: desconectei meu wifi fixo e roteei a rede móvel do celular, com o computador conectado a rede do celular o Pipefy entrou. Voltei pra rede fixa, não funcionou mais. É como se o site tivesse bloqueado a rede, isso é possível? Conseguem nos ajudar?

Automation Problem

I have a phase which my sales team access trough a link they receive by email (for card’s current phase). In this phase, there are 2 possible outcomes: They either attach a new file and write down some comments - and an automation moves the card to final phase and process is finished - or they can request a new updated (creating a new record - it is a field connected with a database), and in this case an automation will move the card back one phase. That works fine at first, but then I have a problem. When there are previous records on that connection field (updates requested in the past), even if I don’t change them or create a new one - the automation will always run as if that field was updated, just because there where information from the past. Example: Salesperson A had previously requested 3 updates (there are 3 record there created on the connected database). Those were all completed. Now we just need her to Attach a file and write her comments so that the card reaches the fina

Criei uma automação para enviar um e-mail sempre que um CARD chega em uma ETAPA do fluxo. E dá tudo certo, contudo, quando o CARD chega na determinada FASE ele envia DOIS e-mails, um com a TAG de automação e outro, conforme o print.E se eu desativar a automação, ele não envia mais nenhum.

Details about the "total time in phase"?

Hello everyone! I have a question: does the "total time in phase", which is exported in pipe reports (for example), also count only working days?I’d like to know for the case when the flag "Count weekdays only" is activated in pipe configuration. My ideia is using this for SLA analysys (besides the alert already in phases). Thank you!

Is there a wait to get a pipe report via API or save a pipe's information to a table that could be pulled via API?

I don’t think it’s possible to directly get a pipe report via API, since I haven’t find anything related in the docs. Anyway, I’d be happy if I’m wrong on that.However, I can directly pull tables  - from the “database” feature - via API. So a workaround on pulling reports would be to connect the pipe to a table and then pull this table using the API. To be more precise on what I mean to connect pipe and table: create some kind of automation that would, for example, save to a table every cards’ id, title and current phase. Is there a way to do something similar?

Redirecionamento após envio de formulário

Olá, estamos testando o Pipefy gratuito, mas não consegui identificar a opção de redirecionamento do usuário para uma página de confirmação após o envio do fomulário.Por exemplo, incorporei o form em uma landing page e após o lead enviar os dados, o mesmo não é redirecionado para outra página.É possível fazer essa configuração de redirecionamento no pipefy?

Deleting PDF template

Hi there, I’ve been using the PDF generator to create some PDF templates in my pipe. Is there a way to delete templates from the list? The Getting Started one is still there, for example, as well as other drafts we created and no longer need. All I see is the on/off toggle which just makes the template inactive. It doesn’t remove it from the list in PDF generator. Thanks, Sarah
