I have a question: does the "total time in phase", which is exported in pipe reports (for example), also count only working days?
I’d like to know for the case when the flag "Count weekdays only" is activated in pipe configuration.
My ideia is using this for SLA analysys (besides the alert already in phases).

If you select the “total time in phase”, to get a pipe report, it will count the total time in the respective phase, it means also the weekends.
It is not related to the pipe settings.
