Pipefy logo in emails

Hi all.  I’ve noticed that when using email templates to people outside my organization, it has the Pipefy logo on the top of the email, fairly large display.  Is there any way to remove this or make it smaller and it put below the content?

BUG | Reset password

Estou fazendo uma PoC com o PipeFy, e minha conta corporativa é bordon@techint.com.br, porém ao pedir o reset da senha, recebo o token via e-mail para fazer o reset, porém ao digitar a nova senha aparece o seguinte erro: “Nome não pode ficar em branco”, porém não há nenhum campo nome a ser preenchido no link recebido para o reset. Vejam o anexo.Observação, para conseguir o suporte tive que recorrer a uma conta de Gmail, pois não consegui chegar ao apoio para esse problema.

Criar registro na database com automação através do autofill

Oi, pessoal. Queria ver se é possível. Criei um campo conectado a uma database e configurei o autofill. Porém, tentei criar uma automação para que quando eu mova o meu card para a fase de conclusão, ele ative o campo conectado da database e alimente as informações com os campos já configurados do autofill. Assim eu não preciso clicar no create record no campo conectado para criar o registro de forma manual.

Utilizar condicional em formulário de Database

Bom dia pessoal, Estou criando uma database para cadastro de clientes que será compartilhada publicamente e gostaria de utilizar um campo condicional para diferenciar os clientes Pessoas Jurídicas (que informam CNPJ) de Profissionais Liberais (que informam o CPF).  No meu caso, uso um campo Radio Vertical de preenchimento obrigatório onde o cliente marca seu tipo de empresa, PJ ou Profissional Liberal. E depois, tenho dois campos de documento, um CNPJ (para as pessoas Jurídicas) e outro de CPF (para os profissionais liberais).É possível utilizar o campo de condicional para esconder a opção que não se aplica ao respondente do formulário de database? Caso isso não seja possível, alguma outra ideia?

I can't connect the cards using the API

Hello, I'm using a PipefyAPI - GraphQL to create a card, but I can't connect the card with other cards from another pipe. I tried to use updateFieldsValues, but I always get the error message "Value You are not allowed to connect these cards / table records.".OBS: I would like to connect the cards that way

Envio por E-mail customizado

Boa tarde pessoal, Tudo bem?  Estou tentando usar uma e-mail de caixa compartilhada para mascarar meus e-mails enviados pelo pipefy. Porém, os e-mails não estão indo de forma automática e quando tento enviar de forma manual aparece que algo deu errado durante o envio. Por ser um e-mail de caixa compartilhada eu não consigo utilizá-lo como máscara?

Criação de card em outro pipe por automação

Criei uma automação para que um (exemplo) card2 fosse criado em um pipe2 caso o card1 fosse movido para uma determinada etapa em pipe1. O card é gerado no pipe2 como o esperado, porém, O título sempre puxa o texto das Checkbox e não do texto simples como no anterior.Minha intenção é duplicar o card em outro pipe, desta forma:

How to set default company

Hi folks, When I first started using Pipefy I participated in the Pipefy Certification Program. This made me a part of that “company” in Pipefy. Sometimes when I sign in, I’m taken to that company rather than my own. Is there a way to set my own company as the default so I don’t have to switch companies so often? Thanks, Sarah

Is there a Pipefy Changelog?

It seems that new features are introduced over and over again, which is awesome, but only for major once we get a post about it here in the community. Could we get a changelog also for changes that others might consider significant? Examples of changes I noticed in the last weeks:search that works for more than just the title automations that can not only be filtered but sorted As this here is a community forum: use this thread, users, if you notice changes, so we will get a changelog by ourselfes!

Some cards from pipe aren't being returned in API

I'm trying to query all cards from pipe using Pipefy API Graphql, but some cards that appear in the pipe board aren't being returned in the api.In the code below I'm trying get all cards from my Pipe{ pipe(id: 1260940) { phases { id, name, cards { edges {node { id, createdAt, fields { name value } }}} } }}Or if I search directly in the phase where are these "hidden" cards{ phase(id: 8422613) { cards { edges { node { id } } } }}For example: the card #426803396, that is in this pipe (1260940) and this phase (8422613), isn't returned in any those queries above.

There is a bug in in the new Pipefy 2.0 regarding to new colour feature to database and pipes

Hi All Recently I decided to use colours to enhance the visual of my Pipes and Database. After I applied the color the Resume Layout became empty and I lost the fields.   I had to add again and other bug appeared, the order of attributes don’t be show when you see in the card connected the details; Please advise to Dev team about these 2 bugs.Thanks
