What does the "E-Mail delivered" checkmark actually mean?

In the E-Mail section of the card, there is a checkmark next to the date:Does this mean, that the recipient got the E-Mail? Or that they read it? Or just that there was no problem sending the E-Mail?

How can I automatically Process Incoming E-Mails?

I distinctly remember that at some point, it was possible to process content of incoming E-Mails in Pipefy. I would think something like “when E-Mail is received, set this attachment’s field value to the attachment of the E-Mail”, or “...set the E-Mail field to the sender’s E-Mail”, or “...set this short text field to the E-Mail subject”.Is/was this true? Is there still a possibility to do that? I know that there is an automation upon incoming E-Mails, but I could not find any option to access the E-Mail’s content, subject, attachment etc.

What domains can I use to embed media on this forum?

This forum provides the possibility to “embed media”:I tried to use this with a custom domain as well as with YouTube in one post, but there was always an error, “this domain is not allowed”. What domains are allowed, actually?

For example in this idea: it is apparent, that there is a difference. What is it though? Slightly different features (custom URL, prefill), but the same results, no?

Product Hacks: Implement Follow-Up E-Mails with Pipefy

I had the opportunity to implement a few workflows for a client of mine.One request was to have Follow-Up E-Mails, meaning E-Mails that are sent to the client a year or later after a succesfull project to ask the clients whether they are still satisfied and whether there is something else to help with.Of course, thanks to Pipefy's excellent API it would have been easy case to implement this feature externally. To reduce the height of the used stack, I decided against it and implemented it in Pipefy alone.This is not a problem at all. There is actually more than one way to do so.The main trick is to use an automation triggered by a card becoming late or expired.This is how you can schedule the sending of E-Mails in order for them to be sent when you want them to be.The way to trigger a card to become expired is to set a due date. Currently, I set up my Pipefy Account to log in with GitHub. Is there any way to change this to use another login type, such as Google or normal Username/Password combo?Best regards,

How do you cope with the spaces-problem in eMail templates?

When editing E-Mail templates, Pipefy tends to add spaces around fields’ values where I do not want them. I try different ways, e.g. removing in HTML, removing in WYSIWYG editor, but they always come back after re-opening the E-Mail template. It is very annoying and time consuming. Did anyone find a solution or workaround for this problem?I understand that there is no documentation for the E-Mail templates API, right? So I can not build something separate e.g. with GraphQL API or fix the issue programmatically either. Any ideas?The beta version is not better in this regard either, unfortunately, as the problem persists there too.

GraphQL API to manipulate Pipes (& fields)Released

I would like to be able to change the fields on a pipe using an API. Use cases:automatically synchronize product list with some accounding program (e.g. arcitle-lists from Sage) → change in Sage would lead to new selection options in select-input and/or lead to new input fields, e.g. for articles added in Sage which are accounted per hour import/export pipes, e.g. between organizations or even from another service

Conditions in E-Mail templatesSubmitted

It would be awesome (and save me so much time in making automations and E-Mail template adjustments) if there was some sort of conditional in E-Mail templates. I dream of, in the template: You will be charged:{{if fieldId.some_select_value}}100 for some_select_value{{endif}}{{if fieldId.some_other_select_value}}200 for some_other_select_value{{endif}}{{if fieldId.some_third_select_value}}50 for some_third_select_value{{endif}} Instead of making, for this example, 7 E-Mail templates and then having also 7 automations deciding which to send.

Link portal entries to parent cards/portal for subcardsSubmitted

When using the portal features, new cards are created in one pipe.I would love this card to be able to be connected to another pipe/card.This would be possible either byautomation to set created card as a field value of a connection field of another card, selected somhow (e.g. by another field value) have a “hidden” field on the portal, e.g. filled by query string parameters, which than again can be used with an automation to connect the created card with the card selected by query string parametersThe last is more or less a description of a possible implementation of a portal for a connection field, the thing I am actually looking for.
