In the E-Mail section of the card, there is a checkmark next to the date:

Does this mean, that the recipient got the E-Mail? Or that they read it? Or just that there was no problem sending the E-Mail?

Hi Genietim

This status is to confirm that the e-mail was delivered into the mailbox’s recipient.

Suppose that the mailbox doesn’t exist will be appeared a cross red that means don’t delivered.

Main causes for that could be:

Mailbox doesn’t exist

Wrong E-mail address

Deliver E-mail system unavailable

Best regards.
