Olá Estou desenvolvendo um processo em que preciso notificar as pessoas sobre todos cards que estão numa fase. Essa notificação precisa ter alguns dados dos cards que estão na fase. Ex.: Existem 3 cards numa fase, preciso enviar uma notificação (e-mail) com alguns detalhes destes 3 cards.Caso tenha 2 cards, preciso enviar uma notificação (e-mail) com alguns detalhes destes 2 cards.Caso tenha 6 cards, preciso enviar uma notificação (e-mail) com alguns detalhes destes 6 cards. Hi Team, Is there a way to setup an automation to forward an email received in Pipefy shared email box?There are triggers available that can detect when new email is received and there is an action to Send an email. But what we are looking for is can the received email be forwarded to a pre-designated email automatically?
Hi,I am evaluating Pipefy because I have a complex IT services business.I have seen how Pipefy can cover most of my use cases.This use case is different: I would like to implement a checklist based knowledge base.I explain: people can have a portal where they can search for a card.Each card solves an IT problem (“disk full problem”) and it has a description text of the problem, one or more links to external documentation and a checklist.Cards can be combined: “finished space problem” can have “inside” the cards “disk full” and “email full”Basically a standard knowledge base has these problems:checklists are better than a long document to read checklists can be assigned to IT staff as a work to doHave you some ideas on how I can implement this thing with Pipefy?Thanks,Mario
Is it possibile to set SLA for a card in an specific step of the flow based on a custom priority field? Here is my scenario:I have a custom “select from list” field labeld “priority” which accepts values from 1 to 5 (such that 1 indicates the highest priority and 5 the lowest). I would like to set a shorter SLA when priority is higher.I could create 5 different columns, one for each priority level, but that would make the pipe confusing.

Is there any way to receive information about open requests through the pipefy support channel that were directed to the technical support team?Every time I need an update about the ticket I have to contact chat and open a new request.This lack of feedback on requests that goes to the support team is very bad.Gabriela Chammas
Hello Team, How can I do a cascading dropdown with Pipefy?For e.g. I have a dropdown called Employee . When I select any Employee from that, I should be able to automatically populate few text box below it with related attributes.Database: EmployeeFields: Employee First Name, Employee Last Name, Employee Date of Birth, Employee Location, Employee Status Pipe Start Form has a dropdown Employee and when I select any employee from list, I would have few text boxes below it which will populate related info for that employee which would be editable. So when I make any changes and submit it, it will move to next phase and at the end it after approvals, those changes will be saved back to employee record. So the question is, how do I populated related attributes from database to editable text boxes? (Or even non-editable if editable is not possible) Regards,Avni Bhatt
Hello I have a pipe with an automation that creates new cards when a card from another pipe arrives at a certain phase. This pipe also has an weebhook for card creation action, that comunicates with an internal service. I was expecting that when a card were created by automation that the webhook would’ve triggered, but I’ve tested and it havent. Is that the normal behavior of pipefy’s weebhooks or did I do something wrong?
I have a phase which my sales team access trough a link they receive by email (for card’s current phase). In this phase, there are 2 possible outcomes: They either attach a new file and write down some comments - and an automation moves the card to final phase and process is finished - or they can request a new updated (creating a new record - it is a field connected with a database), and in this case an automation will move the card back one phase. That works fine at first, but then I have a problem. When there are previous records on that connection field (updates requested in the past), even if I don’t change them or create a new one - the automation will always run as if that field was updated, just because there where information from the past. Example: Salesperson A had previously requested 3 updates (there are 3 record there created on the connected database). Those were all completed. Now we just need her to Attach a file and write her comments so that the card reaches the fina
Hi,I have a project where multiple stakeholders are involved and different type of activities are performed to accomplish the project.Lets say → HR Team would work on recruitment → SCM Team would work on Inventory Planning → Infrastructure Team would work on Infra Planning and Installation.& at every form, I would like to have set of input parameters such as "People Count" , "Invoice No", "Value" these parameter would differ for every functional processes.so, is it possible to create a multiple type of forms in a single phase ? Your help would be highly appreciated.
Hello all - I have a pipe that utilizes a start form to create a new card in a connected pipe. The advanced options for the Connection are set to True:All connected cards must be done before moving this card to the next phase All connected cards must be finished before the parent card can be doneOnce the card is created via the start form in both the parent and child pipes, I am able to move the Parent card to the next phase. My understanding was that given the advanced options I set to true, the Parent card should not be able to move till the Child card is completed. Any suggestions?
Hi there, I’ve been using the PDF generator to create some PDF templates in my pipe. Is there a way to delete templates from the list? The Getting Started one is still there, for example, as well as other drafts we created and no longer need. All I see is the on/off toggle which just makes the template inactive. It doesn’t remove it from the list in PDF generator. Thanks, Sarah
Hi ,Since December 2021, we've been experiencing problems with our public forms. The ERR timed out error message is one issue. Second, the site has been blocked by one of the Internet Service Providers (Optus Australia). I've included a screenshot of their email.Have other companies had any issues like this?Thanks
