Preciso tirar uma dúvida: dois setores internos, dentro de uma mesma org, mas que precisam se comunicar entre sí. Ao criar o campo “conexão”, o pipefy me da a oportunidade de fazer essa conexão. Perfeito, O problema está em caso essas duas orgs devam tratar do mesmo assunto mais que uma vez. como orquestrar isso? e em termos de sla? pq teremos mais que uma inda e vinda do card entre kanbans. Isso é muito urgente. __________________-I need to ask a question: two internal sectors, within the same org, but that need to communicate with each other. When creating the "connection" field, pipefy give me the opportunity to make this connection. Perfect, The problem is in case these two orgs should deal with the same subject more than once. how to orchestrate this? and in terms of sla? cause we will have more than one in and out of the card between kanbans. Hello! Is there any way to receive information about open requests through the pipefy support channel that were directed to the technical support team?Every time I need an update about the ticket I have to contact chat and open a new request.This lack of feedback on requests that goes to the support team is very bad.Gabriela Chammas
I can’t seem to figure out what probably is simple. Would appreciate a few pointers. I have an incoming message with a label. Based on the label, I want to do a lookup in a table what outgoing message fits that label (and then send that outgoing message to the email address of the incoming message).I can’t figure out how to do a lookup in a table in this context.Thanks for your help!
Hi there, I’ve been using the PDF generator to create some PDF templates in my pipe. Is there a way to delete templates from the list? The Getting Started one is still there, for example, as well as other drafts we created and no longer need. All I see is the on/off toggle which just makes the template inactive. It doesn’t remove it from the list in PDF generator. Thanks, Sarah
Hello,I create a Pipe and was started to be used a few months ago, however we review mapping process with other company stakeholders leading in the need to change Pipe configuration, is the any support to help to know if aI change the order what happen with the Cards that are in progress or recommendations (ex. complete all cards before new changes)? I tried to start a chat for support but the option failed
I’m trying to connect pipefy to zapier so i can make integrations but it always returns this error when I enter my credentials in the zapier platform:Client authentication failed due to unknown client, no client authentication included, or unsupported authentication method.What could be the reason this is happening? I can log in and out from the pipefy platform normally with the same credentials and connecting with other apps in zapier also works normally.I already tried cleaning cookies in the browser but it’s still not working.
Hi, I was trying to resize the column of my contacts database so i’m able to see all info at once, but any change, in any column makes the screen blank, then when i refresh the page, all columns are back to their original size.I’ve attached a video of the problem
Hi all,I’m learning Pipefy and it seems that the following yellow (date) field was mandatory for automation running...My automation is working fine but If that field is removed, automation doesn’t works anymore, so i’m asking about “usefulness” of that field because it is never updated whereas due date is welle updated…I don’t understand…Any ideas ?Thanks

Hi Team, Is there a way to setup an automation to forward an email received in Pipefy shared email box?There are triggers available that can detect when new email is received and there is an action to Send an email. But what we are looking for is can the received email be forwarded to a pre-designated email automatically?
