I can’t seem to figure out what probably is simple. Would appreciate a few pointers. I have an incoming message with a label. Based on the label, I want to do a lookup in a table what outgoing message fits that label (and then send that outgoing message to the email address of the incoming message).I can’t figure out how to do a lookup in a table in this context.Thanks for your help!
We have a “reimbursable expenses portal (REP)” for our contractors We have a “project pipe (PP)” that contains all information (customer, dates, location, etc) of a given project The “project pipe” has an ID# field In the REP, we want the contractor to input the ID# and then pull all the information, so the user knows that he in inputting data in the correct project
While we send emails from the ticket, we are not able to access or getting aware of which of our email communication got bounced back?In case of such bounce-back, we need to know which tickets (of lot many tickets) had such bounced emails.How and where can we know in / for pipefy tickets?
Hi guys!I have superadmin permission and when I make the API call I get back only the IDs of the Pipes I am part of. The others in the organization are not listed.Does anyone know what this could be? We have tried with another superadmin account and it is inside a Pipe, the return of the ID is also only from this pipe it is part of.Currently we have more than 200.
Hello together, is it possible to create for example BPMN (business process modeling notation) diagramms and model processes in general. Is there maybe an add-on, app, integrations or does pipefy have an own functions for this ? I do need this information for my Bachelor thesis. thanks in advance. best regards
We have a pipe for managing tasks with these phases:Backlog To Do Working on it Done for Review DoneThis works well for managing tasks, we use the backlog to add things that aren’t completely defined, draft or not high priority yet.People start working on them with due dates when moved to “To Do”.The issue is for recurring tasks that we have weekly and monthly - looking at the recurring automation I’m not sure how to:Create a new task that is then moved from backlog to “to do” phaseIs there a way to use two automations to do this perhaps? However, you’d need to be able to check it’s an automated recurring task before moving it, perhaps with a specific task type field e.g. Manual, Auto.Would love any experience shares around this or thoughts. Thank you.
Hello,I create a Pipe and was started to be used a few months ago, however we review mapping process with other company stakeholders leading in the need to change Pipe configuration, is the any support to help to know if aI change the order what happen with the Cards that are in progress or recommendations (ex. complete all cards before new changes)? I tried to start a chat for support but the option failed
Hi Community, how are you today?I want to know if there’s some spanish speaker members to share ideas for a Pipefy documentation in spanish. At search engine, there was no results in that language. Also, I want to know if there’s some expectations from the company to expand operations in that market, because it could be meaningful to have spanish blog entries or tutorials if Pipefy wants to widen in any spanish speaking countries.I like Pipefy and it could be great that some spanish speakers who doesn’t have a sufficent level of fluency in english to understand the documentation can enhance all the potential who Pipefy offer to their users and companies. I’m spanish native speaker and I understand the challenges to learn another language.Is there some expectation to have any spanish translation in the near future?Thank you,Agatha Benítez
Is there a way to make the pipefy filters stick?Each time I refresh the filter disappears, and you have to click refresh to show the new cards just created. This wastes a lot of time.Solutions:Could we have cards not disappear when you move them to a new phase? and them appear live when you create them? This would avoid having to refresh and losing the filters
