Hello! Is there any way to receive information about open requests through the pipefy support channel that were directed to the technical support team?Every time I need an update about the ticket I have to contact chat and open a new request.This lack of feedback on requests that goes to the support team is very bad.Gabriela Chammas
Hi there. I’m working on a process for our SDLC. I would like to set up a flow where the user can indicate that they did or did not have a meeting in our process. If they did, I want to set a field that documents the outcome of the meeting to required. If they did not, I want to set a field that asks them to explain why they skipped the meeting to required. This pseudo code captures what I’m trying to do. I could see tons of uses for this type of functionality. IF <had meeting = YES> THEN <who was in meeting -- REQUIRED> <why no meeting -- OPTIONAL>ELSE <who was in meeting -- OPTIONAL> <why no meeting -- REQUIRED>END IF
Hi there, I’ve been using the PDF generator to create some PDF templates in my pipe. Is there a way to delete templates from the list? The Getting Started one is still there, for example, as well as other drafts we created and no longer need. All I see is the on/off toggle which just makes the template inactive. It doesn’t remove it from the list in PDF generator. Thanks, Sarah

Não estou conseguindo fazer essa automação porque preciso criar uma condição de igualdade entre dois campos presentes no pipefy. Não pode ser um valor fixo. Hello, I’m using the software as a business process. I want to be able to create and print invoices per card. Our invoicing is simple. We have about 7-10 different prices per units.My questions are:Is there a way to have a simple math function? Such as so many units times a preset price? Is there a way to create a PDF that has said math function? Is there a way to create a document instead of PDF, so that it can be manually edited? Is there a way to have an end of process email a PDF invoice? When card enters a certain phase?
Hi All Recently I decided to use colours to enhance the visual of my Pipes and Database. After I applied the color the Resume Layout became empty and I lost the fields. I had to add again and other bug appeared, the order of attributes don’t be show when you see in the card connected the details; Please advise to Dev team about these 2 bugs.Thanks
