Apologies in advance if this is not the right place to ask this. I’ve sent several messages via the messaging bot but have not made any progress yet - so I’m not sure how else to elevate this.My free account was recently locked due to making too many pipes. Of the messages I have sent via bot, one was replied to where I was told that my account was unlocked. But I am still unable to access any of my pipes.As I understand it, I have less than 24 hours now to delete the extra pipes. But I can’t access them to make the necessary fixes or export my data.Is there something else I should do?
Dear Pipefy Team,We have observed that some fields of few tickets have not been captured - updated. Although it came as a surprise to us and wondered if the user has not filled in or selected through a database, it was mentioned in the ‘Activities’. About few days back, we were not sure and so updated many tickets manually (actually it was a re-work; double the efforts), but now we have seen that ‘somehow’ or for ‘some-reasons’ such data capturing is missed in the tickets. On that Friday, 24th March 2023, we had actually re-filled / updated such 200+ tickets.Rather than such general statement, we will like to bring those instances before you, so that you / your team can help us identify issues and handle it, avoiding duplication of work and unnecessary time-cost. All good?Does anyone have any process model for checking conflicts between clients?That is, the requester answers some questions on the form, such as the customer's name, parts, etc., and the system returns informing if there is any conflict.between that customer. I can’t seem to figure out what probably is simple. Would appreciate a few pointers. I have an incoming message with a label. Based on the label, I want to do a lookup in a table what outgoing message fits that label (and then send that outgoing message to the email address of the incoming message).I can’t figure out how to do a lookup in a table in this context.Thanks for your help!
Sending a single phase form multiple times to the same recipient allowing them to resubmit the form with a different response
I’m using pipefy to automate my company’s purchase orders life cycle . The issue i’m experiencing is that the service my company provides usually has multiple orders of the same service, causing a card to move back and forth between different phases and the main phase of the purchase life cycle has a form that sends automatically once a card enters the phase. However, when the card reenters that phase, the phase form that sends to the customer is already pre-filled from their prior response to the form the first time it entered the phase. Is there a way to have a phase form send the same form while allowing a new response in the fields?
In the importer feature, there is an error that always happens when i’m trying to import phone numbers. This is an example of phone numbers I haveThis is the importer error log with what it made of the info I had.This error is making me use the text field for phone numbers, and I don’t want that.Does anybody knows what might be happening??
If I have policies or procedure definitions in a tool like Confluence or SharePoint, would it be possible to link a phase to a relevant Confluence page. Take this example, the Pipefy phase says Create customer record. Hi all ! I’m using Zapier connector to create cards in a pipe.But when doing this, fields are filled by the connector and not throught the database start form, so no data are send in the database :/So i’m asking me how it was possible to avoid that and create database entries using data added by the connector.Thanks a lot

Nice to meet you, Pipefy community members! I'm looking for a no-code/low-code solution in order to properly develop corporate processes in my company. As I know from the recommendations of our colleagues, the Pipefy platform could be a wise choice for that purpose. My main question: is there any way to pair/integrate the Pipefy tool with other enterprise platforms, namely Camunda? Current use case: we need to integrate Camunda technology in a low-code solution for easier business process building. Looking forward to your response
Hello Guys,I'm starting a journey to document important information about the processes modeled within pipefy and would like to ask the community if anyone has done something like that.My idea is that within pipefy I can write who owns the process, who can make changes, what the purpose of the pipe is, why users have x type of view, what are the main rules for automations and triggers, etc.Has anyone thought of something like that?
