We pretty much live and breath in one main Pipe. I am thinking about updating the pipe’s start form and public form with some new options and conditionals. What will happen to cards created in the Pipe under the prior Start Form? Anything I should worry about?
Hi all,This is my first month using pipefy and first post here, so hope I am not doing dumb questions. I have created a pipe that has a DB Connection which is populated when the pipe is finished. And also created a dashboard to show some KPIs with the DB data. Did several trial and error configurations until all was good enough and I could go live. Then I deleted all cards, DB entries and started to create real data. For my surprise, the dashboard still shows old data, which is not there in the DB anymore. Any hints on how to clean it?
Hi Pipefy I have some e-mail templates that are appearing unwanted spaces between fixed text and fields like this: In the template looks as is: I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or if is there some adjust to fix this. Could you help me on this please? Thanks
We are using an email template in a pipe when a card is created but the requester who received it automatically reported that in the web version of Outlook the hyperlinks are not working correctly; they are intangible. Did anyone else have the same problem?
New kid on the block here, TIA. How does one reorder the columns in the LIST VIEW and permanently keep this order for the individual user and/or the whole team? For example, the LIST VIEW shows the following columns of information from left to right:Current phase -> Title -> Due date -> Assignees -> Labels -> Etc. What if I'd like it to show this instead?Title -> Assignees -> Current phase -> Due date -> Etc. -> Labels Do we have the ability to reorder permanently? Do we have the ability to resize permanently?
I am interested in seeing examples (screenshots) of how best to enter instructional lists into Pipefy. In situations where you need a PDF, checklists can’t be used . The alternative is to use vertical radio buttons with one instruction per button. I would like to see examples of what users put in the field name versus what text is input in the option box.
Hi,This API for createFieldCondition says "Deprecation. Mutation will be removed in the nextupdate.https://api-docs.pipefy.com/reference/mutations/createFieldCondition/Are you adding replacement for this feature? or is there any other way to create fieldCondition?
When editing E-Mail templates, Pipefy tends to add spaces around fields’ values where I do not want them. I try different ways, e.g. removing in HTML, removing in WYSIWYG editor, but they always come back after re-opening the E-Mail template. It is very annoying and time consuming. Did anyone find a solution or workaround for this problem?I understand that there is no documentation for the E-Mail templates API, right? So I can not build something separate e.g. with GraphQL API or fix the issue programmatically either. Any ideas? The beta version is not better in this regard either, unfortunately, as the problem persists there too.
I am deploying Pipefy in a company that has two branches (with the expectation of opening three more) and I would like all branches to share the same Pipes (to reduce the number of automations and create a global view of the process). My solution was to create a branch table, where I listed those responsible for each area. With the automations, I linked the responsible person to each card based on the informed branch. To facilitate the filter by branch, I created another branch field with the label type. What I couldn't solve:1) I wish that the users could not see the cards of the other branches (without them needing filters).2) The restricted view does not solve, as the user needs to see the branch cards, even if he is not marked as responsible.I would like to know how you have been doing in these cases.Greetings from Brazil.
Hello,I’m trying to check my token in the console page: https://developers.pipefy.com/reference#graphql-endpoint.After filling all the fields and click “Try it” I get this message: “Your OAuth2 token is incorrect or has expired”.However the token was generated few minutes ago and I just copied and pasted it. Could anyone help?
Hi doers. Is there a way to have fields auto-populate in a start form based on their answers to other fields? E.g. If someone Chooses “Category 1” as an answer to “What category is your request a part of?”, can several other fields in the form auto-populate with values we always associate with Category 1? I first assumed this would need to be an automation (when a field is updated > update a field), but it doesn’t seem to be working. Then I thought maybe it would be a conditional, but the conditionals only seem to give me the option to Show or Hide fields, not to auto-populate them. Any suggestions?
Social Media Content Creation & Post AutomationWho all is using Pipefy for Social Media Content Creation (Specifically Facebook & or Instagram in our case)? I saw the content creation template but it is a bit bare bones. I wondered if anyone would mind sharing their Pipe and how they use it for this? We are starting to have to post more and more for various Facebook pages so it would be nice to better integrate content creation & posting into our Pipefy. I did investigate some potential automations via Zapier etc. that might make it possible to automatically post onto Facebook. It seems like it may become a bit of a pain for us because I would have to setup a different automation in Zapier for each Facebook page but the actions with Pipefy are pretty limited (Card Creation, Cards Moved, etc). Any thoughts appreciated!
