Hello: I’d like to ask about using the “Date” Field Type.In two locations on my pipe, the User is requested to provide a Date by selecting (clicking on) a date in a displayed calendar.My question is: Can it be configured so that when a date has been selected, the calendar will clear from the current view?At the moment, in both of the Date fields on my Pipe, the User needs to click somewhere other than the calendar to clear the calendar from the current view, and continue on with the form.In the example attached, today’s date (03OCT2023) has been selected, but the October calendar is still dormant. Apologies in advance if this is not the right place to ask this. I’ve sent several messages via the messaging bot but have not made any progress yet - so I’m not sure how else to elevate this.My free account was recently locked due to making too many pipes. Of the messages I have sent via bot, one was replied to where I was told that my account was unlocked. But I am still unable to access any of my pipes.As I understand it, I have less than 24 hours now to delete the extra pipes. But I can’t access them to make the necessary fixes or export my data.Is there something else I should do?
I am trying to create a new card through the API, but it creates a new card with a wrong title. Example request I sent through postman. As you can see, the created card has the title “Value 2”, which is one of the field attributes and not the desired title “New cardee”

Oi! Eu preciso add uma etiqueta via API, porém quando faço isso ela substitui as etiquetas existentes por essa nova.Já fiz o teste desmarcando no campo de etiqueta a opção “Sincronizar campos do card com este campo fixo”. Quando fiz isso, as etiquetas não foram substituídas, no entanto, a nova etiqueta não aparece lá em cima no card fechado… Ou seja, também não resolveu meu problema.Existe alguma forma de fazer isso?

Here I share some ideas for using ChatGPT that can help when building queries and mutations. Mutation for updating cards: Here I think it's cool that it responds to an API limitation and brings a suggestion.I did a test giving the name of the fields and it already brings the custom code. Query to search for cards: In addition to bringing the code suggestion, it brings clear explanations of which fields need to be changed. Even with the limitations of updating ChatGPT, I believe it is a good tool to be used on a daily basis by those who work with Pipefy. Hello - I have connected a Microsoft email address to Pipefy and have noticed some behavior that I do not understand.For context, I used the “Add With Microsoft” option when adding a custom email address: I selected the option to allow incoming emails to the email account create a card in the connected Pipe. So, I can send an email to this address and observe that a card is created in my pipe. The strange behavior manifests when I *reply* using the Pipefy tool. I open the card, open the email, hit reply (defaulting to send as my newly added email address) and send a test message back to the original sender. That reply is immediately added to the email thread in Pipefy as expected, so my email tab shows two (2) emails now. Just a few seconds later, a third email will populate in Pipefy in the card, but it is a duplicate of the sent email I just sent within the tool. *** EDIT ***Forgot to add a detail that I think matters, but unsure of why it matters. As I know from the recommendations of our colleagues, the Pipefy platform could be a wise choice for that purpose. Hello, I’m using the software as a business process. I want to be able to create and print invoices per card. Our invoicing is simple. We have about 7-10 different prices per units.My questions are:Is there a way to have a simple math function? Such as so many units times a preset price? Is there a way to create a PDF that has said math function? Is there a way to create a document instead of PDF, so that it can be manually edited? Is there a way to have an end of process email a PDF invoice? When card enters a certain phase?
Hello,I’m wondering if I’m missing some setting or if it’s actually not working, but I’m having trouble changing the text of my Create a Card button for pipe/database connections. When I open the form individually, the text is correct, but when I’m using a parent form that has a connection to it, the text is back to the default value.The button to create the pipe connection on the parent formPipe connection when expanded, the blue button has the default text.Form when acessed directly
Hello -I have a question if it is possible to add an image to a dynamic field on my phase form? I have reviewed a help article that suggests that I can copy/paste my image file into the dynamic field, but that process does not seem to work. When copying the image, I get an icon that says “PNG File” and does not actually display the image. It is the same if I use other image type files.For context, my pipe is exposing the inbox phase form to a customer, and I have 9 fields that are pre-populated with data unique to the customer who has just received my phase form link. We would very much like to include our company logo on the web page when the customer clicks the link (Just like how you can add a logo and background to your start form). Hoping this is possible, and if not, I am open to suggestions or hearing how others might have addressed such an issue.Thanks!James
Hello all !I have a problem with the shared Inbox feature that I want to share with you.When one of my agents answer a client a new card is create. For example:client 1 → pipe email 1 received → card A is createdagent answer pipe email 1 → card B is created The expected was:agent answer pipe email 1 → the answer keeps below card A And the reason I think this happens as you can see in the below image is when I answer an email the pipe e-mail address is on copy and triggers the creation of a new card. Any help there? For me, it doesn´t make any sense to put the destination e-mail (pipe's email) in copy on a reply. Thank you!
