New to pipefy but not relational databases or kanban views.

anyways I can not drag and drop cards into different phases, however I can open the card and select an option under “Move Card to Phase”.

Not sure why this is happening so any insights are welcome….thank you!

Hi, @dustin-g

It could be due to the movement configuration between phases, see if the article below helps you.

Hello @dustin-g

You can drag and drop the card to a different phase, but you have to move it until this tiny dark area shows up. Then you drop the card and it will stay in this new phase.

Just remember that you only can move the card to other phase if you fill all required fields from the current phase.

Thanks for sharing the insight very helpful! I see that you can drag and drop a card into a new phase only once you slide it over until that tiny dark area appears that’s where you need to release it for the move to stick. Plus, you can’t move the card unless all required fields in the current phase are completed

Thanks for sharing the insight, very helpful! I see that you can drag and drop a card into a new phase only once you slide it over until that tiny dark area appears, that’s where you need to release it for the move to stick. It’s similar to how an apartment for sale in Athens-South only becomes available to view once all the necessary details are completed. Plus, you can’t move the card unless all required fields in the current phase are filled.

The drag-and-drop issue is likely due to permissions or phase settings on your board. Some user roles or specific phases restrict moving cards freely, which is why you can only use “Move Card to Phase.” It’s not a bug—check your board permissions and phase rules, and also try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to rule out browser issues.
