Hello -I have a question if it is possible to add an image to a dynamic field on my phase form? I have reviewed a help article that suggests that I can copy/paste my image file into the dynamic field, but that process does not seem to work. When copying the image, I get an icon that says “PNG File” and does not actually display the image. It is the same if I use other image type files.For context, my pipe is exposing the inbox phase form to a customer, and I have 9 fields that are pre-populated with data unique to the customer who has just received my phase form link. We would very much like to include our company logo on the web page when the customer clicks the link (Just like how you can add a logo and background to your start form). Hoping this is possible, and if not, I am open to suggestions or hearing how others might have addressed such an issue.Thanks!James
Hello all !I have a problem with the shared Inbox feature that I want to share with you.When one of my agents answer a client a new card is create. For example:client 1 → pipe email 1 received → card A is createdagent answer pipe email 1 → card B is created The expected was:agent answer pipe email 1 → the answer keeps below card A And the reason I think this happens as you can see in the below image is when I answer an email the pipe e-mail address is on copy and triggers the creation of a new card. Any help there? For me, it doesn´t make any sense to put the destination e-mail (pipe's email) in copy on a reply. Thank you!
Hi guys!I have superadmin permission and when I make the API call I get back only the IDs of the Pipes I am part of. The others in the organization are not listed.Does anyone know what this could be? We have tried with another superadmin account and it is inside a Pipe, the return of the ID is also only from this pipe it is part of.Currently we have more than 200.

In the importer feature, there is an error that always happens when i’m trying to import phone numbers. This is an example of phone numbers I haveThis is the importer error log with what it made of the info I had.This error is making me use the text field for phone numbers, and I don’t want that.Does anybody knows what might be happening??

Hi I am new to pipefy so please bear with me...We have started a pipe to manage job cards for our small service business. The start form is completed for every new job with customer and job details. A lot of our customers are repeat customers so we have added a contact database connection to the start form which is successfully allowing us to add an existing or new customer to each form.My problem is once a card has been created, and the card is opened in the app from within any phase, only the customer name displays and the contact card does not open from within the app.This is a problem for our field workers who need to be able to contact customers when completing a job. Is there a way to allow access to the contacts database from within the app? Am I missing something?Thanks in advance.

The customer base can be queried, send alerts to other people.It would be something like that.

Today I can’t use Pipefy e-mails in my company because of the branding on the footer of each email. Also, the embeded forms are becoming an increasing problem, because Pipefy keeps on adding more and more of their branding and CTAs. embeded form propaganda after submit It's understandable if you want to use your branding on FREE accounts, but seriously, my company pays the enterprise plan and we can’t opt out of these annoying things. Me, personaly, I stopped recommending Pipefy to other companies. It’s becoming a very expensive tool, since we can’t use all it’s resources.

Does anyone know how Pipefy's API consumption is counted? They're wanting to sell me an additional consumption package, but the team that wants to sell me doesn't know where I'm consuming. From my counts, I'm making around 2-3K API calls per month. According to the Pipefy team report, we are doing 15 K. They can't explain.
I’d like to start using Pipefy with the “Starter” plan. But there are a few details I want to clarify before creating anything. The "Starter" plan shows "Up to 50/month" for cards. Is this referring to the total number of cards I can have or to the number of new cards I can create each month? How can I track my card limit for the month?
Hi there!I would like to share my experience with the search functionality in Pipefy. Recently, I have been facing difficulty in searching for text in any field of my databases. It seems that the search feature has been limited to only searching within the title field.As someone who relies heavily on the search function to quickly locate specific information in my databases, this has caused a lot of inconvenience for me. I have tried various methods to work around this issue, but none of them have been successful.I believe that it should be possible to search for text in all fields of the databases, and I would appreciate it if Pipefy could provide a solution to this problem. Hello everyoneI have the phase “Evaluación del area de Costos” and I created an automation for it to move to the NEXT PHASE if the following conditions are met:1- If Approve field equals YES1- If Value put in the text box is greater than 01-If Anexo field is “Completed”When I run a new form and I approve the Card meeting the three conditions above the card doesn’t move.
