Over the weekend, our third-party email delivery tool was blocked due to unexpected activities. To minimize the impacts, we have adjusted all security settings, and the restoration process may take up to 72 hours or more.
As a result, some customers may continue to receive our emails in the spam folder during this process.This issue has affected email delivery, both manually and through automation.
We kindly ask you to check your spam folders and mark our emails as “not spam.”
