Request for Implementation of Feature to Prevent Duplicate Card CreationSubmitted

 Hello, good morning! I hope you're doing well!I would like to request the implementation of a feature that prevents the creation of a duplicate card based on the information contained in a field in the initial form. I know there is already a function to make a field unique, however, it does not meet my needs as it prevents the creation of a card even if the previous one is finished. Ideally, there would be a feature that limits this duplication only among unfinished cards and displays a message to the user, for example: "There is already a card with the information [field content] in the phase [phase name]. To create a new card with this information, the previous one must be finished."

Also a template doesn’t allow the user to interact with a card on a workflow (except to change field values)Data Element FiltersWe need to be able to filter out Cards which have reached an “end of process” phase.

Incluir dados de campos conectados em relatórios do pipe.New

Gostaria de sugerir a possibilidade de se trazer campo de um database ou pipe conectado a outro pipe em um relatório. Hoje quando se cria um relatório novo em um pipe só há a possibilidade de trazer o título de um card ou database conectado, não sendo possível se trazer informações deste pipe, o que eu acredito ser muito útil para diversos usuários. Portanto, gostaria de sugerir a inclusão desta funcionálidade.I would like to suggest the possibility of bringing a field from one database or pipe connected to another pipe in a report. Pesquisa de Tarefas e solicitaçõesNew

Na tela de Tarefas e Solicitações deveria possibilitar a buscar pelo código do card e outras informações do resumo do card (assim como acontece dentro dos pipes), os usuários externos estão tendo muito dificuldade de localizar algum chamado pois não conseguem identificar suas solicitações por alguns titulos que definimos, senão, nesse caso, teremos que mudar todos os titulos dos processos para o código do card, mas acho que isso não fica tão legal. E se pudesse filtrar por data de criação e finalização seria bem interessante.

Acho que nunca vi algo parecido assim em algum sistema, mas algo que seria ótimo seria ter a possibilidade de validarmos um endereço de e-mail quando estiver cadastrando o e-mail em algum pipe ou database.Hoje em dia temos muitos problemas com a parte de envio de e-mails, pois muitos clientes digitam o endereço de forma incorreta, ou colocam um e-mail que não existe ao fazer um cadastro no pipe. Se tivesse alguma forma de validar, o Pipefy só deixaria criar um card ou atualizar o campo de e-mail caso o endereço fosse válido.

Oi pessoal. Eu tenho feito algumas automações com a parte de recebimento de emails no card, e acho que seria bem interessante se o endereço de email do card fosse algo padrão, como por exemplo: pipe{id_card}@mail.pipefy.com.Sei que a parte de email do pipe já funciona dessa maneira pipe{id_pipe}@mail.pipefy.com, acho que seria interessante se o email do card fosse assim também. :)

Os administradores poderiam ter acesso ao log de utilização dos seus pipes  Por exemplo: Um usuário excluiu um card, ou um campo eu poderia fazer uma busca pra identificar quem foiOutro exemplo: alguém nao preencheu alguma ativdade, ou fez algum alteração indevida ou preenchimento incorreto, conseguimos ver pelo log quem fez essa ação. Enfim, alguns exemplos, mas podemos ter diversas situaçoes onde poderiamos atraves de uma busca de log encontrar esses dados de maneira fácil para alinhamento e ajuste interno mesmo, sem precisar acionar a equipe de suporte

Find a specific word in search on database connection fieldSubmitted

Hello,When we have many items with a specific part of our search, for example, 3 numbers, the database field returns all cards that have this numbers.Example: i need to find the number “600” inside 30000 numbers starting in 1 and ending in 30000. If i type 600, all numbers like 1600, 2600, 3600 etc will appear. Since we have a limitation in this list, sometimes what i need to find doesnt appears to me.My suggestion: if you put the word inside “ ”, the search returns only the specific word, like Google searching Thanks,Matheus Pontes

RequirementThere are many circumstances where Card Flow through a Pipe needs to be based on Data Condition(s)ProblemCurrently Pipefy Flows are static. Movement of a Card from Phase A to Phase B might be invalid for cards with certain data field values. In these situations, a card user has to push a card from Phase A to Phase B anyway which can be confusing for the user but also represents an unnecessary step and process delay.Pipefy’s ‘solution’ for this currently is either to create an Automation to move the Card out of the redundant phase. However, the user first has to move the card to the redundant Phase!The other ‘solution’ for this is to get the user to disable the move button for the redundant phase, but this is clunky.SolutionAllow Conditions to be created on Flows
