Gostaria de sugerir uma funcionalidade que encontrei no CLICKUP que facilita muito a gestão do fluxo de trabalho.Dentro dos checklists poderia ser atribuído um usuário para cada atividade, ajudaria muito na gestão das tarefas. No plano de ação hoje, no checklist atual, as atividades ficam sem responsáveis.Outra característica que encontro em outras ferramentas e facilita muito, são os chats dos cards mais versáteis, permitindo, por exemplo, colar uma figura, um arquivo diretamente pelo chat. Na estrutura atual sempre é necessário salvar primeiramente um arquivo no computador e posteriormente subir na solução. Poderia ser muito mais prático ctrl-v ctrl-c.Agradeço as considerações.Jean

Hi there:I can’t see how to set a default value for fields in forms or phase fields. Would be interesting to have another option beside “required field” and “description” where I can set a “Default value” for a field. For example:Field name: Number of copies requiredField type: NumericDefault value: 3 So the user has a default and then change it only if needed. I think this can be useful to users and save some time. What do you think?

An suggestion to add some fileds to configure the http automation when i set it to send sometimes it retry a lot of times in a short period of time if the response isnt 200 ok Then configure retry time in seconds before retry again can solve it if the api delay to responseConfigure the amount of retries to do not expend a lot if there some problem on the integration apiConfigure if you want to retry just if the response code status is equal to a list of status setup by the admin, i.e. if the return status is 400 bad request maybe is a problem with the request… maybe dont make sense retry it, same to 2xx [but i thing the 1st suggestion is better to solve this for 2xx] but to 404 can be a temporary problem, same to 500 depending on the api today to try solve it im adding a field to save the htt response and add ‘when card move to a phase AND field XXX is not filled’ but dont solve at all if the people try to restart the automation moving the card again and…. i need another thing to acept retry moving card… and i need to create a lot of exceptions to allow retry moving the card again to do not create more complexity to the user

Seria interessante, existir um relaório a nível de Organização, que tivesse todas as autalizações da organização, exemplo: Usuário X convidou usuário Y… Usuário X removeu usuário Y do pipe A. Assim como para os cards, hoje a única forma que temos de verificar as alterações é as atividades do card, porém não tem uma usabilidade muito boa para buscas. Então surgiu a ideia de ter algo nesse sentido como um relatório também que unificasse o ID do card, quem realizou a ação, data e hora e o que foi feito, na mesma estrutura das atividades, mas como relatório e com filtros. A sugestão é por conta de notar cada vez mais empresas necessitando desse tipo de informação de forma rápida e ágil.

Hoje o formulário público do Pipefy não é traduzível pelo navegador que só traduz coisas como “type here” e “select an option”, mas não traduz nem o título dos campos, nem as opções.Uma das opções que pensei foi usar o TEXTO DE AJUDA com possível traduções de cada campo ou criar um pipe para cada idioma, mas isso não traduziria as opções, somente o título do campoCriar vários formulários, um de cada idioma também não é eficiente, pois além de separar as métricas, depois não teria como unificar as informações no mesmo pipe ou database, uma vez que uma opção em inglês estaria totalmente diferente da opção em Português, seriam opções diferentes inviabilizando issoAs condicionais também são inviáveis pois naturalmente teríamos vários campos da mesma informação porém em línguas diferentes o que dividiria completamente as métricas depois.Seria extremamente necessário ter um recurso de tradução nativo, que altere o texto visível ao usuário que vai preencher, mas não altere as opções originais para não atrapalhar as métricas.

I hope you're doing well!I would like to request the implementation of a feature that prevents the creation of a duplicate card based on the information contained in a field in the initial form. I know there is already a function to make a field unique, however, it does not meet my needs as it prevents the creation of a card even if the previous one is finished. Ideally, there would be a feature that limits this duplication only among unfinished cards and displays a message to the user, for example: "There is already a card with the information [field content] in the phase [phase name]. To create a new card with this information, the previous one must be finished."

Na tela de Tarefas e Solicitações deveria possibilitar a buscar pelo código do card e outras informações do resumo do card (assim como acontece dentro dos pipes), os usuários externos estão tendo muito dificuldade de localizar algum chamado pois não conseguem identificar suas solicitações por alguns titulos que definimos, senão, nesse caso, teremos que mudar todos os titulos dos processos para o código do card, mas acho que isso não fica tão legal. E se pudesse filtrar por data de criação e finalização seria bem interessante.

Acho que nunca vi algo parecido assim em algum sistema, mas algo que seria ótimo seria ter a possibilidade de validarmos um endereço de e-mail quando estiver cadastrando o e-mail em algum pipe ou database.Hoje em dia temos muitos problemas com a parte de envio de e-mails, pois muitos clientes digitam o endereço de forma incorreta, ou colocam um e-mail que não existe ao fazer um cadastro no pipe. Se tivesse alguma forma de validar, o Pipefy só deixaria criar um card ou atualizar o campo de e-mail caso o endereço fosse válido.
