Is anyone else having the same problem as us?Situation: Any Custom Role we create in the Admin Dashboard has no access to Pipe Reports.How We’ve Tried adding new role via:Duplicate an existing role (e.g. Member) Start from ScratchThe Issue: No new role you create can see Reports in any Pipes. It gives an error: “We’re sorry, something went wrong.” So we can’t use them for anyone who needs access to any pipe report.Snapshot: Here is what someone sees when trying to view a report they can see as a member: 

How to get all cards from phase? And if the phase has more 50 cards, what i have to do?

I’m trying to get the current phase link to a card through the show card API request. I need to be able to automate getting this link to the cards phase form but can’t find a way.This is the link generated from within the card. Does anyone know if this follows any logic or if its random? It looks like it contains a uuid but it doesn’t match the card or phase.I know you can get this link through email but I need to be able to get it externally please let me know if you have a work around Thanks

When the label update is done directly in the card header. Does pipefy send any card update webhook?

So the CARD would have the three labels ( label_ids: ["568589818", "307597207", "307597211"] ) Is there any way to just append labels to the CARD?

Olá, boa noite, minha empresa é toda gerenciada pelo pipefy, porém ainda não faço uso de Interações, e sei que não consigo fazer calculos basicos entre campos, pergunta? qual a melhor solução? Consigo deixar uma planilha na nuvem e tentar importar dados pra essa planilha com formulas e depois ler os dados dessa planilha já pronta, ou tentar integração com um software de erp mesmo?? trabalho bem com planilhas, é possivel eu importar dados para dentro de uma planilha na nuvem e depois ler ela já com os calculos feitos??

I have a parent process in which all the information is loaded to start the process, this process goes to a child sub process in which the participants execute their task each one simultaneously in different phases, but in some phases I need to share an attached file which is loaded in the parent pipe.How can I access this attachment from the child pipe?

Is there a way to make the pipefy filters stick?Each time I refresh the filter disappears, and you have to click refresh to show the new cards just created. This wastes a lot of time.Solutions:Could we have cards not disappear when you move them to a new phase? and them appear live when you create them? This would avoid having to refresh and losing the filters

I would like to import data that fills fields across multiple phases for new cards. I.e. one row of data would be used to create a new card and also fill in data for other phases of that card at the same time - not just the start form. When I am importing data, the importer tool allows me to select these ‘extra’ fields outside the start form, but I get an error each time I select them and then attempt an import. If I only import data only for fields in the start form, then I can create cards without any problems. Am I doing something wrong or is this not possible to do right now?

Boa tarde, pessoal! Criei um formulário que contém um arquivo em anexo.Ao rodar um script, se tiver algum erro no arquivo, vou preencher um campo falando que contém erro e vou disparar um e-mail para quem preencheu o formulário.Queria, ao receber uma resposta do e-mail com o anexo correto, criar uma automação para atualizar o arquivo na base de dados, mas sei que não tem como atualizar um campo anexo. Vocês têm alguma outra ideia de como fazer isso? Obrigada!

Boa tarde! Estamos migrando nossa base de contatos para a pipefy, e estou tentando realizar esse processo via Importer Ele só importou uma parte dos contatos, e passou a apresentar erros diferentes a cada nova tentativa. Por exemplo, uma hora diz que arquivo não está no formato .xlsx, outra vez diz que o telefone do contato é muito longo e já na sequência diz que o telefone é muito curto... Alguma dica ou teria alguma outra solução de como poderíamos fazer esse processo de transferência?

Bom dia!Nos últimos dias tenho usado bastante a área de painéis para fazer umas análises.Queria saber se é possível, ao filtrar os dados pra construir os gráficos, limitar o tempo somente aos dias úteis. Estou fazendo algumas análises referentes ao tempo que os cards passam numa fase e seria interessante contar apenas os dias úteis.Obrigado pela atenção.
