Date Format in E-Mail Wrong AGAIN

It’s a shame, things were fine at some point (see this post: https://community.pipefy.com/ask-the-community-43/date-in-wrong-format-in-email-1153?tid=1153&fid=43 ), but currently, any language setting of the E-Mail templates results in the same mm/dd/yyyy format, which is objectively a bad choice (what type of ordering should that be, man).Please fix this in order to get readable and sensible date formats again.

WebHook for Attachments-UpdateNew

Would be nice to be able to have Webhooks that are triggered when the attachments on cards are updated.E.g., in my case, I automatically sync attachments to SharePoint, such that they are backed-up and ordered sensibly. However, currently, I have no trigger from Piepfy when the attachments are updated.

Read-Receipt in Pipefy E-MailsUnder Consideration

Pipefy’s E-Mail features are nice and getting better every day. There is one I would like to request:a confirmation whether the receipient has read the E-Mail. There is already the checkmark to show that an E-Mail has been sent successfully (see also: https://community.pipefy.com/ask-the-community-43/what-does-the-e-mail-delivered-checkmark-actually-mean-954), but not yet one to indicate the actual receival/reading of the E-Mail.In theory, an implementation would work by using a hidden or 1x1 px tracking image, or similar, e.g. the pipefy logo in the footer or whatever. This image would be loaded by the E-Mail program when the user opens the E-Mail and therewith confirm to the server serving the image that the E-Mail is read/received.This can already be implemented using 3rd party solutions resp. the GraphQL API, with the disadvantage, that when the E-Mail is looked at in Pipefy (on the left hand side of the card, in the section “E-Mail”), the Mail would be marked as read even though i

BUG: Fields with same name (in different phases) cannot be summed in reportsNew

We seem to have some issues with the reports, where selecting a field for the summation, a field which exists with the same name in two different phases, leads to the field being selected twice (for the sum).This is not ok; it’s not even clear which of the two fields is finally used for the sum.On a side note: it would make sense to have the same list of fields (particularly including the phases as subtitles) in the list of fields to use for the sum as in the list of fields to use for columns. Changing all fields to have different names is not an acceptable solution (though a workaround for now); we have many pipes with many duplicate fields (reason: one field for each article to input in the one phase how many of this article to list in the offer, and then in a later phase, how many of these articles to charge/invoice).

Run "field updated" automation when connected card is updatedNew

The “field change” automation is run whenever a field is changed. However, when a connected card is changed, this automation is not run, even though it would make sense. Examples:pipe with connection to “client” database. “Client E-Mail” field on pipe’s card, since it could not be used e.g. in PDFs, or reports. However, when the E-Mail field on the connected client (database) card is changed, the “Client E-Mail” field would not be updated, and there does not seem to be a straight-forward way to get it to (even though, as I see it, it would totally make sense) pipe with connection to “articles” database. Updating the price in the database card would not update on the card if synced with an automation, as described for the client example above pipe with connnection to “client” database. Automation to update the card’s title to include the client’s name whenever the client field is updated. Again, here as well, if the name of the client in the database changes (e.g. due to marriage), one

Provide phase subtitles in list of fields for formula in reportsNew

In the reports, there is one list of fields to use for columns, which is nicely grouped by phase. However, the button right next to it, the Sigma, gives a rather unstructured list of fields. Would be very nice to also see which phase each field belongs.

The new "press multiple times on *Show More Pipes*" is a major downgrade. Please change backSubmitted

I find it very annoying that I now have to press three times on “Show more pipes” to get to the pipe I actually want. This is very bad user experience, and I see no reason why you would change it to be like this.I could imagine reasons, but only iffI could sort them myself. But I can’t: if my pipe is alphabetically last, I will have to press multiple times. The decision would be stored: if I want to show all, give me all the next time as well, and maybe a button to hide the last row again. Pressing once is enough. That’s how it used to be, and this makes so much sense: don’t show all, such that one may decide between databases and pipes on one view. Once the decision is made, there is no reason to hide more, when I know what I want to see

Give us more possibilities to set the notification preferencesSubmitted

Currently, one has only three possibilities of what to enable/disable in order to get notified:When I'm added to a pipe or team or mentioned/assigned to a card When a card is moved, expires, becomes late or overdue When a new comment or checklist is createdI feel like this selection isvery confusing: for example, what does “when a new comment is created” exactly mean, is this only restricted to my cards, or any card, and what happens if I deactivate the first option, but am mentioned in a comment, … etc. rather restrictive. Some users of my pipe are assigned automatically to cards by automations, they get spammed so they want to deactivate the E-Mails when they are assigned to a card. However, when another user mentions them in a comment on a “foreign” card, they of course want to be notified of this.In my view, the following separate selections should be available at least (feel free to suggest others in the comments):Email me when:I’m added to a pipe or team I am mentioned in a comme

Automation: Create Database EntryReleased

There already is a “Create Connected Card” automation. There is no way to select a database though, only pipes, as possible targets. I would love if there is a way to automatically create connected database entries.

Automation Fill Field With Connection of ConnectionSubmitted

This is something that actually used to be possible (I still have automations where it works!) but I cannot set it up anymore for whatever reasons, I just cannot select the appropriate fields when setting up the automation.Example Scenario:I have a pipe with “Projects”, with a connection to “Clients” Frequently, there are repeating projects. In this case, rather than entering everything again, the users can use the start form field “Clone Project”, which is a connection field to “Projects” itself When users use this “Clone Project” field when creating a card, an automation is run that fills in all fields in the new card with the values from the card set in the “Clone Project” card. It used to be that this automation could also be used to set the “Client” on the card to the Client in the card this card was cloned from; however, this is not possible currently, and is the idea I herewith submit to show that this feature was helpful and used.

Why does the Ideas pipeline not list some Ideas?

On top of the Ideas-page , there is the “Ideas pipeline”, where the status of a few ideas is listed. My question is, why this pipeline does not list all ideas (i.e.: the pipeline currently shows 25 submitted, 4 under consideration, 9 released, of a total of 123 ideas)?Is it just because it would not look as good if there were 108 submitted ideas vs. 9 released and 4 under consideration (and 2 new)?

EU Law compliance of privacy polocy for Pipefy users

When using Pipefy as a company, including having some user data in databases and sending E-Mails to users, what does this compay have to have in their privacy policy to comply with EU law (GDPR etc.)?I mean, pipefy does track E-Mails etc., and stores the data in Azure or Amazon's equivalent, so I assume a certain basis of this needs to be mentioned. Do you have some copy-pasteble or at least inspiring example of what could be written there?

Pipefy App: DatabasesSubmitted

The Pipefy App currently does not support databases in any way, nearly; except for creating directly linked cards, I cannot even look at them again after creation. This is a big problem when wanting to use the Pipefy App in our organisation.

I found the following in the code of the calendar app:  There seems to be a functionpipefy.getAuthToken()on the pipefyApp object as also used for registering any pipe badges etc.Unfortunately, when I use this function, it only returns false. Why is this? What can I do to get the authentication token in the custom app?

Thanks to some recent update, we can create and list and search for database entries on a connected field.What we cannot yet do (at least on Android, don’t know about iOs), is to open the connected database entry/entries once the card/connected field is saved.

Remove "strange" characters when pasting into a fieldSubmitted

This is probably a very low-priority and kind of controversion suggestion, but: My workflow includes having to copy-paste from a PDF to a Pipefy field. As might be known, some PDFs are not optimized for copy-pasting, leading to the pasted string including certain characters, like the zero-width-space, that are just annoying to work with and in probably all cases unwanted. I would consider it nice, if you could escape/highlight/remove such probably-unwanted characters after copy-pasting. That would make certain things in my pipeline easier afterwards.

Enable Automations to Fill Values from Connected Pipe's CardsSubmitted

When creating automations, one of the possible actions is “update a field’s value”, “create a new card or record” as well as “create a new connected card or record”. In all three cases, connected database entries can be used as dynamic input for the fields’ values.But: one cannot use the values of connected pipe’s cards or their fields. I don’t quite understand why and would like to be able to use them.One can actually use them for autocomplete of new connected cards with the “autofill” feature, but not with automations.

Persist the Sorting of a ReportSubmitted

In Reports, one can define a column to sort by by clicking on the corresponding header/column title. Unfortunately, this setting is not persisted: when reopening the report, one must click the column again (potentially twice for reverse direction). It would be sensible to store the sorting too when clicking “Save Report”.

Adding a Field to Multiple Phases at once

I already mentioned in “How to edit your HTML email templates in your favourite HTML Editor” that the tool i wrote, https://github.com/GenieTim/PipefyEnhancer, provides a few different abstractions and added functionality on Pipefy using their GraphQL API. In this post, I will explain one more of the commands it provides: adding a field to multiple phases at once. Why would I want to do that? The scenario, why I wrote this command, is, that my client wanted a way to organise the attachments on their pipe. They wanted fields, such as “External Analysis” or “External Invoice”, where they can attach documents. They want to be able to attach these documents at every step in a process, meaning in every phase, while also knowing at which phase they entered the document. The last condition is it, that prohibits a single field in the first phase, that could be edited later in other phases using the left hand side, history, of the card. Automatically Archive (Delete?) Non-Connected Database EntriesSubmitted

I have a few databases, their contents only make sense in conjunction with the connected pipe.Now, when a card in the connected pipe is deleted, it seems the connected database entries are not automatically deleted. Is there a way to achieve that (or at least set them to inactive, exclude from listing when unconnected, or something)?
