Hello everyone!

I have a phase on my pipe (credit analysis workflow) that only takes in documents from the borrower. I created a phase form for the borrower attach the documents.

How can I create an automation to move the card once the borrower finished the phase form?

Hi

You can create a field type Checkbox as “Send all attached to next phase”

When this field is clicked use the automation “When the field is updated” Move the card to Phase.

Note: Maybe some fields to be filled must be mandatory to avoid “missed files”.
