Hi Team,

 

Is there a way to setup an automation to forward an email received in Pipefy shared email box?

There are triggers available that can detect when new email is received and there is an action to Send an email. But what we are looking for is can the received email be forwarded to a pre-designated email automatically?

Email forwarding does not yet exist in Pipefy,

It's a good idea to record this as an improvement suggestion for the Product Team.
