Card follow up link lost

What if my customer looses the link for following up its status process.

Where do I find it to send to him again.

I know it is created as soon as he fill the initial form and a card is created, but I was not able to find this link to resend it to my customer.

What I meant above is how it is possible to recover the Request Tracker link if the external user lost it? Is it possible to resend the link to him? Where do I find this link in the pipe?

Hi Carlos,

This is a good question. I’m not sure it’s possible to resend the link to a customer. If it is, I haven’t found a way to do it. I’m going to follow this thread to see if someone else can give you an answer. 

Maybe @genietim knows something we don’t?

Can you ask him to visit and enter his E-Mail? That should lead to the link being sent to him again, I believe. Resp. probably you can do it, enter his E-Mail, in a private tab of your browser or soemthing. Not sure if it  works though.
