I have two stages customer survey.
In first stage, i share the public link to start form to get basic contact data. This step create card in first phase.
Second step is to get more data from customer. I made automated task, sending email to every customer from stage 1.
I dont know how to put link to new survey in automatic way. It is no problem to make it „by hand”- clicking card settings and share button.

Pick up the Public form link and add the card number
