Hi,

I have been using the old templates sistem and setup but the new changes somehow got me lost. I do not really manage to make them look good (eg. spaces problem) and, in addition, the new hyperlink option it is not working for me. Did you find the solution for it?

Just complementing what @Juliana Spinardi sent you, I would strongly recommend using the editor to build the email template. Also, many people used to set their email templates with markdown and as for now, it is only possible to use HTML to edit it, which might be your case.
