Hi Doers!

Wondering if anyone has suggestions for ways to configure a Pipefy form that requires a signature.

We have certain forms that require a signature for legal reasons (our code of conduct acknowledgement form, for example). I don’t see a “signature field” as an option in Pipefy but thought some of you might have come up with ways around this.

Open to any ideas you might have!

Hi Sarah, how are you?

I think your suggestion is the best way to resolve this, as a term of legal use.

You can put the email field and if the checkbox is selected, show this email field.

One possibility we’re considering is using a checkbox field and simply having a bit of text saying something like “by submitting this form I declare that I agree with the information above and sign off on this form.” We’re just checking with our legal team to make sure that would be sufficient.
