Step 1 and 2: To get my Report file URL i make two requests with these two queries: Step 1Step 2Step 3: I neeed to make and API Key Auth request to download the file from the URL from the previous query.https://developers.pipefy.com/reference/graphql-endpointStep 4: I download the file from the URL that i got in step 2The error appears in this last step, when i make the requisition and it returns me a error like belowError :( <Error><Code>NoSuchKey</Code><Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message><Key>orgs/1cd3302a-bdda-486f-8fca-2d1b95a157ef/reports/83f60727-407f-4014-893a-de3465d24696/entregas_dos_parceiros___farol_23-12-2022.xlsx</Key><RequestId>M2DKW11JFVAKTFYW</RequestId><HostId>G+y3k9
Hi all,I have a group of workers and a stream of tasks arriving by email. Assume workers are happy responding to emails and that they can only work on one task at a time. I want the workflow to give each worker the Subject of the email and the ability to take the task, ignore it or reject it. But I also want to prevent more than one worker working on a task at the same time. Are there any examples around that implement anything similar in pipefy?James
Nice to meet you, Pipefy community members! I'm looking for a no-code/low-code solution in order to properly develop corporate processes in my company. As I know from the recommendations of our colleagues, the Pipefy platform could be a wise choice for that purpose. My main question: is there any way to pair/integrate the Pipefy tool with other enterprise platforms, namely Camunda? Current use case: we need to integrate Camunda technology in a low-code solution for easier business process building. Looking forward to your response
On all the pipes in our organization, we’re not able to use the “request tracking” feature. Whenever we submit a card on a pipe that has that feature enabled, we get the email, but when we click on the email link we get a “the access link expired” notification. Asking for a new link just brings us back to the same error. A similar question was asked before (link below), but the answer doesn’t help me. If I go to https://app.pipefy.com/request-tracker/en-us I again just get the “the access link expired” message.
I would like to create an email template that includes a hyperlink to get to the phase form. I know how to do this without creating an automated email template, but it would be nice to do this with automated email templates. Right now, I’m only able to show the lengthy task links in the email template. My suppliers and users would feel more comfortable if they received an email with a hyperlink instead (i.e. “click this link” to submit details) Long story, short I’m suggesting that there be a way to make phase-form links (aka task links) into hyperlinks on email templates. Any help, suggestions, or ideas for this?
Hi!Would be possible that the information such as: card title and current phase name were 'frozen', like a header, when there was scrolling to see the card informations? This question came up from one of the users on our team, because sometimes, due to the amount of information that needs to be verified, we forget which card we are moving and even what phase it is in , so it is always necessary to go back to verify this kind of information.@rebeca.venancio if it works, Tais is gonna be happy
We pretty much live and breath in one main Pipe. I am thinking about updating the pipe’s start form and public form with some new options and conditionals. What will happen to cards created in the Pipe under the prior Start Form? Anything I should worry about?
In one of my company’s pipes, we have technical items in the checklists of some phase fields. We recently noticed that when we type a word with asterisks on either side of it like *this*, it automatically italicizes the word. Is there a way to undo that italics? In some cases where we’re using asterisks, it’s for a script or command that requires asterisks in it. We need to be able to see the asterisks with the rest of the text. For example, we have this command listed in one of our checklists and need to know that there are asterisks around the last three words.Because of the automatic formatting, it displays like this: Thanks in advance for any insight you may have!
I need to know if it's possible to use a Public Form to obtain and fill information in the middle of a pipe. The pipe is the "Sales Funnel" and the information is to fill a card information to be used on PDF generator (dynamic fields). This PDF will be used as a "business contract document" to send to the client in other to have it signed. It occurs after the client accepted the proposal, and we had finished negotiation, which is in the middle of the "Sales Funnel" pipe. This need happens because I don't ask all information needed to fill a formal business contract when we are making a lead prospecting, which is the pipe starter phase. I didn't find this information on help center (videos or text). If it's not possible to send public form in the middle of a pipe phase, which alternative could be used?
Hi all,This is my first month using pipefy and first post here, so hope I am not doing dumb questions. I have created a pipe that has a DB Connection which is populated when the pipe is finished. And also created a dashboard to show some KPIs with the DB data. Did several trial and error configurations until all was good enough and I could go live. Then I deleted all cards, DB entries and started to create real data. For my surprise, the dashboard still shows old data, which is not there in the DB anymore. Any hints on how to clean it?
Looking for some help from the community on how to handle this process in Pipefy:We have an onboarding pipe. Sometimes managers will complete the public start form before they know what the name of the new hire is or their start date i.e. they know they’re hiring a new Technician, but haven’t selected the person yet. We have questions that allow them to submit the start form without providing the name and start date of the new hire. However, we want them to be able to update us with the name and start date once those pieces of information are known. Currently, we just ask the manager to email us when they know that information and we manually update the card with that data.I’m trying to find a way for the managers to be able to submit another form - an update form - that will then connect to the original onboarding card so that the data is combined. I’m assuming I’ll need to use connections and possibly automations too, but I can’t quite figure out how to make this work. Any recommenda
Has anyone tried out the new beta design of Pipefy yet? I have to admit to not being impressed with parts of it. Some of what makes pipefy clean and easy to follow and work on has gone. By losing all the lines, borders and differences in background, its made it seem more messy to me.I love that they are trying to update the design, but for now it feels a little too ‘white’ and to me needs a few borders/dividers, subtle background colour changes etc
