Some people in our organization don’t receive any notification when they are mentioned in a comment.
In some pipes we use the comment section to sinalize to others when part of the job is done or something else is needed. It’s easier than doing in through other platforms. However, some of us are not getting notified. Not when we click on the notification bell inside Pipefy nor per e-mail.
We already checked their notification settings and disabled it and then enabled it again but nothing. I already reported it to our representative with pipefy more than a month ago and still haven’t gotten any feedback.
