[New Portal] Currency Error


Hi team, 

I’ve faced an issue regarding currency on the new portal. I set up the currency code VND but on the new-version portal, when creating a new request, it shows USD by default. 

We did not face this issue with the old-version portal.

It seems there’s an issue with the new portal defaulting to USD instead of VND, despite your settings. You may want to check your account settings to ensure the currency is saved correctly. If the problem persists, consider contacting customer support for assistance.
