Business Use Case Scenario

We have an integration which pushes validated customer records into a Pipefy Pipe “Customers”.

We use this “Customers” Pipe to enable customers who bring repeat business to ‘pick’ their record from this Pipe when filling in Pipefy Forms with us. It avoids repeat customers having to repeatedly provide their information (Name, email, phone, business, address etc etc).

Not all of the fields in the “Customer” pipe are mandated because each connected process will determine what data is essential to that particular process.

Challenge

Autofill on Connections is from “Child” to “Parent” but we need this to work the other way around.

Since this isn’t possible, can anyone suggest possible solutions/approaches to consider?
