Phase Specific Automated Email Sends Customer a New Form to Populate Card Fields in Current Phase

Is there a way to have a card enter a new phase,

which triggers an automated email to the client,

in which the client receives  information from the populated phases fields (such as a quote of hours and $)

And the client is given a form - or a mini-form, where they are able to input Quote Approval as well as a long text field for additional information, and this information automatically populates the cards fields

Trying to make the process as simple for the client as filling out a form

You can insert the available fields into the phases to collect the necessary information/approvals. Then, share the phase form with the customer to be filled out.
The customer can access this form through a link received by email, or if you add him as a Company Guest (free of charge) in your organization, he can deal with the pending approvals through the Task Area.
