I just made a request to create cards from a excel file, but the problem is that from 45 rows, 37 were created, does someone know what may happend?
If you want I can record a video to explain better

Hope you’re doing alright  😁
Whenever there is something wrong with the importation, you’ll receive an .csv file in your email where  the last column will show the error log. 

 

Usually when the importer skips lines, could be related to:

  • Mandatory fields in your pipe with empty cells in your spreadsheet.
  • Option fields, labels must have the options separated by commas, no spaces between them. For example: "option 1,option 2,option 3".
  • Assignee fields should be linked to liked to their emails and they need to be member of the pipe/database.
