Respect
Pipefy Community is a place where everyone can offer and ask for help. So let's be kind to each other! We don't use offensive language; we are not disrespectful or misbehave in general. This is a place for friendly conversation and mutual support - we are all in this together! We don't judge, criticize, or talk behind anyone's back.
Be thankful for the help you receive
If you get a helpful answer or interesting feedback, you can reply to the comment or like it. By liking comments, you can help other users to find useful answers and interesting discussions.
Be careful with sensitive information
Pipefy community is an open space, and anyone can join, so please be careful about your personal, customer, employee, and company information. Don't post any bank account numbers, email addresses, identification number, emails, street address, etc., on the forum threads.
Don't spam users
Pipefy Community is about customers helping each other out, not personal for promotion. Please don't try to sell your services/products to other community members and don't post any advertising topics for your business, spam, junk mail, or any different kind of unsolicited message.
Don't post sensitive content
You shouldn't in any situation post anything obscene, unlawful, harassing, threatening, harmful, abusive, or anything similar. If you violate these guidelines, your posts will be deleted, and you will be banned from our community.
Hate speech
We don't allow the promotion of hatred toward groups of people based on their race, ethnic origin or nationality, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or affiliation with any other protected group.
You are responsible for the community too
If you spot a post that is against the rules, just flag the post on the bottom right corner of the post, and our moderators will check the situation as soon as possible.
Category Languages
Please, pay attention to what is the primary language of a specific category. Posts that are published in the wrong language will be either translated or moved to the right category.
Community Managers and Moderators
Moreover, moderators can delete messages with inappropriate content, personal insults, or other content that violates our moderation rules.
