Our New Portal is your one-stop shop for all services, seamlessly aggregating request and service management processes to streamline your workflow.

Below are the main capabilities of the new portal: 

More customizable: change the portal name, banners, and text colors;
 Easier to build as elements are draggable, making portal building simpler and more intuitive;
 Highlight frequent forms and create specific pages (sub-portals) to group content by department or subject;
 Quick access to help links and relevant documents directly from the portal;
 Add images and videos to enrich the portal content and make it more humanized and aligned with the client's identity;
 Other users besides the admin/super admin can edit the portal, facilitating collaboration and content maintenance.
