Implementing a new solution on your team's routine can sometimes be challenging; that's why we understand that it's a crucial step of your Implementation process having your squad aboard.

Here you'll find the best practices we have learned from implementing Pipefy in more than 900 companies and how you can use them.

  1. Show them the benefits of a new solution.

As mentioned in the article "5 steps to implement Pipefy successfully”, it's essential that your process's goal is clear to everyone who manages its requests. Also, the benefits they'll encounter when managing it through Pipefy, such as:

  • All information regarding a customer or solicitations will be centralized in a single place;

  • Standardized process and guided execution;

  • A better organization with documents, data, and deadlines;

  • Less rework;

  • Less manual work.

These are just a few examples, and if you want to understand better how Pipefy can benefit your department, take a look at our blog for Finance, Customer Success, Marketing & Sales, Human Resources, IT and Development.

2. Go over the process together

The understanding of how the platform works is fundamental to better acceptance from your team. Feeling acquainted and seeing how easy it is to manage a process on Pipefy will make the implementation smoother.

What are the main steps your team has to be aware of?

  • Where the input comes from? Email, Start Form, Public Form?

  • The phases and the fields in it;

  • How to move the cards;

  • How the process will be finalized;

  • What is the expected output;

  • And if you set any Automations, Email Templates, or Reports, they also need to be informed.

3. Tests and feedback

We recommend testing your process on Pipefy with each team member or in a small group to be close to them and gather their feedback. Remember that Pipefy is customizable to fit your needs, and you can make adjustments at any moment, but preferably do it before going live to start running the process smoothly.

Pro tip: when testing your pipe, bring real data into it to have a scenario close to reality. In this way, it becomes a lot easier to recognize what needs to be adjusted (fields to add or remove or modify phases, for example).
