I set up Pipefy fo a client: it helps streamline their processes, allow different team members to see and interact with different projects and therewith reduce clutter, confusion and missed opportunities.
Team members can interact and help with other projects and can immediately see the state and help their clients even if it is not their project.
Time needed for communication is greatly reduced thanks to automations and automatic E-Mails. The efficiency of their workflows in general was improved.

We implemented Pipefy to managing customer’s demands.  After some time using it, we accomplish targets like: Follow-up the demands and attendees, identify bottlenecks, measure performance, brought visibility to customer to follow the their demands.
Our processes became effectiveness and brought sustainability in terms of delivery.
