In fact, you will need to configure two separate automations.

One of them will update the expiry field of the card based on the information that will come from the initial form.

Example:
In the initial form, the start date was filled in on day 1 and the automation will update this other expiration field with the desired addition.

It doesn't necessarily have to be on the home form, you can use any of Pipe's automation triggers.

The second automation you will need to configure is the one that will move the card when it reaches its expiration date.

Hi chrgilles

Unfortunately based on current automation is not possible, because the automation called Recurring Activities there is no trigger based on period.

Sorry but my screenshot is in portuguese

An option is do it using integration like workato, but you need you check your contract.

With regards.

Hello @chrgilles,

Yes, there is a solution!

In Pipe's automations, you can set a relative date.

So, just select the field you want to use as a base and add the amount of minutes, hours or days of SLA.

To make the process very clear, you can create a start date field and another that will be the expiration date field (which will trigger the card movement).

To configure the relative date, follow the steps below:

1) Select the trigger (which can be the creation of the card);
2) Select the field you want to update (field that must be synchronized with the expiration date of the card);
3) Still in the automation configuration, click on the date field to add the relative time;
4) Save the automation;
5) Create a second automation to move the card when it wins.

 Example of automation field with relative date:

(Portuguese) 7 dias depois = 7 days later

Best regards!
