I have included a date property in a card and when the card reaches a phase, an email is sent with that date information (dynamic field). Date in the card is in the expected format (DD/MM/YYYY), but date in the email is in a different format (MM/DD/YYYY). How can I change the format in the email?
Hi all,This is my first month using pipefy and first post here, so hope I am not doing dumb questions. I have created a pipe that has a DB Connection which is populated when the pipe is finished. And also created a dashboard to show some KPIs with the DB data. Did several trial and error configurations until all was good enough and I could go live. Then I deleted all cards, DB entries and started to create real data. For my surprise, the dashboard still shows old data, which is not there in the DB anymore. Any hints on how to clean it?

In one of our pipes we use a pipe connection field to allow users to connect their new form with one that was previously submitted. Often the one they’ve previously submitted will be in a “done” phase. When submitting the form via the public form, users cannot search cards that are in the “done” phase.Search in the public form HOWEVER, when creating a card from the pipe, admins do have the option to also search done records. Search in the pipe ‘create new card’ option; has the button to ‘also show done records’ Is this truly different? And, if so, why? Or am I missing something on the public form? Can users search done records on the public form?
Hi there, I’m using a connection field in one of our pipes to allow users to connect their information to an existing card. To open the dropdown list of existing cards, users have to click on “Create new card”. Is it possible to change this label? I think it’s confusing because they’re clicking on that option to search through cards and connect to an old one, not to create a new card. I can’t see anywhere to change the label on that button. New kid on the block here, TIA. How does one reorder the columns in the LIST VIEW and permanently keep this order for the individual user and/or the whole team? For example, the LIST VIEW shows the following columns of information from left to right:Current phase -> Title -> Due date -> Assignees -> Labels -> Etc. What if I'd like it to show this instead?Title -> Assignees -> Current phase -> Due date -> Etc. -> Labels Do we have the ability to reorder permanently? Do we have the ability to resize permanently?

I have a question: does the "total time in phase", which is exported in pipe reports (for example), also count only working days?I’d like to know for the case when the flag "Count weekdays only" is activated in pipe configuration. My ideia is using this for SLA analysys (besides the alert already in phases). Thank you!
I’m using a Pipe Connection Field for the first time in one of my Start Forms and I’ve noticed something odd. In the public form, the cards listed in the dropdown have the date and phase listed in Portuguese rather than English. As far as I know, all my settings are set to English, but maybe I missed one somewhere? For clarification, this is how I’ve configured the field:
In one of my company’s pipes, we have technical items in the checklists of some phase fields. We recently noticed that when we type a word with asterisks on either side of it like *this*, it automatically italicizes the word. Is there a way to undo that italics? In some cases where we’re using asterisks, it’s for a script or command that requires asterisks in it. We need to be able to see the asterisks with the rest of the text.For example, we have this command listed in one of our checklists and need to know that there are asterisks around the last three words.Because of the automatic formatting, it displays like this: Thanks in advance for any insight you may have!
I’ll give an example to describe this →I have multiple companies using Salesforce as their CRM.I’ve made a report to filter them, which is going really good !Next thing I want to do is to send out a mail to this selection only, saying that there was an issue in f.ex. the connection with Salesforce and our company. (I’ve foreseen the field email of course :))That way I can easlliy communicate with the filtered cards.

Olá Comunidade. Temos um modelo de arquivo que gostariamos de criar via atributos do formulario aqui no Pipefy. A maioria dos campos já foram contemplados porém cheguei numa tabela (excel) que pode conter poucas ou muitas linhas. Por exemplo: Atributos das Colunas “Ativo” “Emissor” “Quantidade” …. como posso parametrizar “N” linhas para os usuarios irem adicionando conforme expansão ou não? Me chamo Gilberto e sou responsável pela adoção do Pipefy aqui na empresa www.jeracapital.com.br.Atualmente utilizamos o TRELLO para a gestão de nossos projetos que por sinal acabou se confundindo com gestão dos nossos processos.Para esta ultima iniciativa, decidimos pelo Pipefy e estamos expandindo diariamente o onboarding de colaboradores e processos, MAS estamos encontrando algumas dificuldades na mensageria e automações.Já percorremos alguns artigos lá na wiki mas confesso que não evoluimos o suficientemente.Atacando dois problemas pontuais já nos ajudariam a dar mais um passo:1) Quando publicamos um pipe app via url compartilhada o guest user ao inserir seu email no rodopé, é solicitado com seu e-mail. I have a problem sending file or attachment to my boss.When I try to attached a file like excel file and send to him, my boss cannot download my attachment file and it say’s 400 Bad Request Error. Can anyone please suggest how to fix this error ? Even photo or whatever file I attached, still he cannot preview or download my attachment file. Please help me what is the solution for this. Hi!Would be possible that the information such as: card title and current phase name were 'frozen', like a header, when there was scrolling to see the card informations?This question came up from one of the users on our team, because sometimes, due to the amount of information that needs to be verified, we forget which card we are moving and even what phase it is in , so it is always necessary to go back to verify this kind of [email protected] if it works, Tais is gonna be happy
HiWe’re implementing a fast moving process by means of Pipefy, including several phases and collecting a lot of data as a card moves through the process. Cards are also connected to several databases for additional details and legal document attachments. At the end of a the process, we don’t want a pile of card accumulating, but cannot delete them either. We also cannot sufficiently filter the cards in the pipe either.Archiving such cards is a good option but nowhere in the documentation I can find any way to do so.What is the best way to handle this? Your input will be greatly appreciated.Regards
What if my customer looses the link for following up its status process.Where do I find it to send to him again.I know it is created as soon as he fill the initial form and a card is created, but I was not able to find this link to resend it to my customer. Thanks if anyone can help me
Hi Pipefy I have some e-mail templates that are appearing unwanted spaces between fixed text and fields like this: In the template looks as is: I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or if is there some adjust to fix this. Could you help me on this please? Thanks
