Hi
In the "Long text" field you can only enter multi-line text without any formatting.
In the "Dynamic Content" type, you have several formatting possibilities, but the user cannot edit the content, it would be a field only for information and direction and not for filling.
Anyway, in both possibilities I believe it is not possible to add a watermark.
You can register your idea as a product improvement suggestion.
