Hi

I have iOS version 15.8.3 installed on my smartphone, but can’t get the Pipefy app to work. I can download the app but can’t get past the “introduction” page, there is no reaction to pressing the screen or anything. Have tried deleting the app and reinstall it but doesn’t work.

I have also tried the web browser version on my smartphone (different web browsers). I can login on my account but when I try to enter a pipe the page turns completely white, except a small “AI” icon in the bottom right corner.

What kind of technical issue is this?

Thanks in advance for your help!

You're experiencing a technical issue with the Pipefy app. Try clearing the cache and reinstalling the app by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, deleting Pipefy, and reinstalling it. Make sure your iPhone is running the latest iOS version. Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data might also help resolve the issue. Disable Low Power Mode under Settings > Battery and ensure the app has the necessary permissions in Settings > Privacy. If the issue persists, contact Pipefy's support team for further assistance.
