Cannot download or preview attachment - 400 BAD REQUEST

Hello Pipefy CommunityGood day to allI would like to create a topic about this one. I have a problem sending file or attachment to my boss.When I try to attached a file like excel file and send to him, my boss cannot download my attachment file and it say’s 400 Bad Request Error. Can anyone please suggest how to fix this error ? Even photo or whatever file I attached, still he cannot preview or download my attachment file. Please help me what is the solution for this. Thank you so much. Hoping for your quick response.

🔧 Pipefy Forms | Learn all about the new forms area inside PipefyNews

Forms are the first intake of a process inside Pipefy and represent whatever you wish, such as a reimbursement request, a marketing request or a job application. They can be restricted to the team with Pipefy accounts or shared externally through public forms, which you can customize and embed on the company website. This way, people who do not have an account, such as customers, suppliers and candidates, can access forms and send their intakes. Inside the Template Gallery, the Forms category gathers templates of the most common use cases. Here, you can choose a form to start customizing it as you wish. The template has pre-filled fields that you can edit as you wish; just select a field on the left and drag and drop in the form to add a new one. According to your needs, choose fields such as date, attachments, assignees, emails, telephone and much more. After setting up the form fields, it's time to set the sharing options. Click on the sharing options button to set up the public

Connection field - Problems with startform view

Hello!Some people in our team have been facing the following dilemma: When clicking on a field that has a connection to another pipe, as soon as the startform is opened, the user cannot see the fields that are higher up, showing only the fields from the middle down. This has caused some discomfort for some people on the team, because when they try to scroll up, they sometimes click on the wrong fields or buttons. In some cases they can't access the search bar to add an existing card either. I would like to know if this kind of situation happens with you or anyone in your team. 'Freeze' the card title and current phase name

Hi!Would be possible that the information such as: card title and current phase name were 'frozen', like a header, when there was scrolling to see the card informations?This question came up from one of the users on our team, because sometimes, due to the amount of information that needs to be verified, we forget which card we are moving and even what phase it is in , so it is always necessary to go back to verify this kind of information.@rebeca.venancio if it works, Tais is gonna be happy

How do I use an API-Uploaded File as an E-Mail Attachment using the API?

Hi doers!This will be a rather lengthy explanation of my problem, whose TLDR is: Uploading Files via API leads to URLs containing a “org/”, which seems to make it impossible to set them as attachment sources using the GraphQL API. Here the full explanation: I am trying to send E-Mails using Pipefy GraphQL API. In general, I do not have any problems with this. I can send E-Mails even with attachments. BUT: only if the attachments were uploaded manually. I am not able to do the attachment when using files uploaded via GraphQL API. [SOLVED] ⚠️ Warning | Issues logging in Pipefy

Dear users, According to the information provided in previous updates, the difficulties in logging into our platform are happening due to instability in the third-party mechanism we use for authenticating user login.This mechanism called Auth0 is used by thousands of online services to validate their user login information and allow users to access them, ensuring the safety of the applications and making sure only users with the right credentials can log in. Due to the fact that this is a third-party vendor, right now we’re currently waiting for further updates on their end about the mitigation of the causes of this incident.The most current update we’ve gotten from Auth0 (https://status.auth0.com/incidents/zvjzyc7912g5) was: “We are doing everything we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We did attempt a database failover to resolve the situation, but it was not successful. We are continuing to dedicate our entire engineering team to a swift resolution. As of right n

Archiving or hiding of completed cards

HiWe’re implementing a fast moving process by means of Pipefy, including several phases and collecting a lot of data as a card moves through the process. Cards are also connected to several databases for additional details and legal document attachments. At the end of a the process, we don’t want a pile of card accumulating, but cannot delete them either. We also cannot sufficiently filter the cards in the pipe either.Archiving such cards is a good option but nowhere in the documentation I can find any way to do so.What is the best way to handle this? Your input will be greatly appreciated.Regards

What if my customer looses the link for following up its status process.Where do I find it to send to him again.I know it is created as soon as he fill the initial form and a card is created, but I was not able to find this link to resend it to my customer. Thanks if anyone can help me

🗂️ Pipefy enables users to create a copy of a pipe inside a company or across companies

🔔 Attention! To clone a pipe, either within a company or between two companies, you need to have admin permission in the pipe you want to clone as well as permission to create a pipe in the company. Given that you have the necessary permission level, it is possible to clone a pipe in two distinct ways: by accessing the pipe itself or by the main screen inside Pipefy, where you see all of your processes. Outside the pipe, click on the three-dot icon when hovering over the process icon and then select Duplicate this pipe. It’s done, the pipe is cloned directly into the same company. However, inside the pipe, you can clone pipes to other companies you’re already a member of inside Pipefy. The first step is to click on the gear icon located in the upper right corner of the screen to open settings.Inside the Pipe Settings, select the option Clone to... in the left corner. What does the "E-Mail delivered" checkmark actually mean?

In the E-Mail section of the card, there is a checkmark next to the date:Does this mean, that the recipient got the E-Mail? Or that they read it? Or just that there was no problem sending the E-Mail?

Move cards only by the phase approver

In our case, we have a manager approval phase in a Pipe. So, at the suggestion of an audit, we would like to know if it is possible to block the movement of the card in this approval phase to next by other users, leaving it only possible for the approver?

There is a bug in in the new Pipefy 2.0 regarding to new colour feature to database and pipes

Hi All Recently I decided to use colours to enhance the visual of my Pipes and Database. After I applied the color the Resume Layout became empty and I lost the fields. I had to add again and other bug appeared, the order of attributes don’t be show when you see in the card connected the details; Please advise to Dev team about these 2 bugs.Thanks
