DeadLine

Hi Everyone How can I update a deadline field automatically, I want that when a card enters in a phase with this field, this field automatically update to + 1 day

Moving cards through automation does not update card phase

I've created an automation to move the card to another phase when the value is present. In the kanban visualization, the card goes to the correct phase, but I can't access it's form. On the upper part of the card we see that it's still in the previous phase, even though the card is in the correct phase column Here we see the card in the first phase. When the field ‘Valor do serviço’ has a value, the automation sends it to the next phase. Here we see that the card in the kanban has moved to the correct phase. But when we open the card, it's still in the previous phase and there's even a button to move it to the ‘Triagem’ phase. If I move the card manually back to the first phase and then to the ‘Triagem’ phase, the form looks correct.Can anyone please help me with this matter? Thanks!

Phase Form - Dynamic Content Image

Hello -I have a question if it is possible to add an image to a dynamic field on my phase form? I have reviewed a help article that suggests that I can copy/paste my image file into the dynamic field, but that process does not seem to work. When copying the image, I get an icon that says “PNG File” and does not actually display the image. It is the same if I use other image type files.For context, my pipe is exposing the inbox phase form to a customer, and I have 9 fields that are pre-populated with data unique to the customer who has just received my phase form link. We would very much like to include our company logo on the web page when the customer clicks the link (Just like how you can add a logo and background to your start form). Hoping this is possible, and if not, I am open to suggestions or hearing how others might have addressed such an issue.Thanks!James

Move fields to another phase

Hey,I have one simple question about fields.There are many pipes similar, maybe 10. I need to move a simple field in a phase for another phase, but it`s need reflect in all cards, not only the newest. Maybe is it possible do it with Graphql ? Thank you.

⏰ New feature | Enable timers on cards

Hello, dear Community members Now you have the possibility to enable or disable the little timers that appear at the bottom of each card, just by checking “Enable timers on cards” checkbox on Company Settings (don’t forget to save your changes by clicking on the “save” button). When this option is enabled, you will see 3 different timers in each card of a pipe, the first timer tells how much time the card has been in the current pipe, the second tells how much time the card has been in the current phase, and the third one tells the last time when the card was updated, so you can have a better control over your processes time. Hope it’s helpful for you, and don’t forget to share any feedback or question!

Guest Permission and Request Area - Beta Program

If you need to invite external guests to your company and want them to have a proper and safe way to sign in on Pipefy - this is for you! We now have a new user permission, called "External guest". Invite as many people as you want with this new role level. Guests will access your company's Pipefy account and create requests only on select forms that will appear in the Portals tab.In other words, as an Admin, you can decide which forms your guests will have access to! Amazing, right? 🤩Additionally, they will be able to follow their requests in a new Request Area - all of this within your company's account, guaranteeing privacy and security. offering tasks to a group of workers

Hi all,I have a group of workers and a stream of tasks arriving by email. Assume workers are happy responding to emails and that they can only work on one task at a time. I want the workflow to give each worker the Subject of the email and the ability to take the task, ignore it or reject it. But I also want to prevent more than one worker working on a task at the same time. Are there any examples around that implement anything similar in pipefy?James

The new beta design

Has anyone tried out the new beta design of Pipefy yet? I have to admit to not being impressed with parts of it. Some of what makes pipefy clean and easy to follow and work on has gone. By losing all the lines, borders and differences in background, its made it seem more messy to me.I love that they are trying to update the design, but for now it feels a little too ‘white’ and to me needs a few borders/dividers, subtle background colour changes etc

Request Tracking not working

On all the pipes in our organization, we’re not able to use the “request tracking” feature. Whenever we submit a card on a pipe that has that feature enabled, we get the email, but when we click on the email link we get a “the access link expired” notification. Asking for a new link just brings us back to the same error. A similar question was asked before (link below), but the answer doesn’t help me. If I go to https://app.pipefy.com/request-tracker/en-us I again just get the “the access link expired” message.

'Freeze' the card title and current phase name

Hi!Would be possible that the information such as: card title and current phase name were 'frozen', like a header, when there was scrolling to see the card informations?This question came up from one of the users on our team, because sometimes, due to the amount of information that needs to be verified, we forget which card we are moving and even what phase it is in , so it is always necessary to go back to verify this kind of information.@rebeca.venancio if it works, Tais is gonna be happy

What happens to existing cards when you update a start form?

We pretty much live and breath in one main Pipe. I am thinking about updating the pipe’s start form and public form with some new options and conditionals. What will happen to cards created in the Pipe under the prior Start Form? Anything I should worry about?
